Bad customer service. Payed $50 for gas at pump #7 went out and noticed pump wasn't pumping gas. I went back in to ask what was the problem and she said she put the money in pump #10 and that I lost the money cause I told her the wrong pump.. 1st I didn't say the wrong pump , second how can 8 loose the money so fast ND were dis the money go??? Dude or girl whatever, working the morning shift on Monday 1/22 with the crappy modified Nissan 350z. Was rude I asked if the pumps were working he/she said no they're not. Carwash in this location is trash, a joke! It damaged my car and I will fight for them to take full responsibility! I have posted pictures of my car after supposably being washed. First of all the device to input code doesn't work so register has to go and turn on switch which by the way she doesn't even explained how to go in there there's no sort of guide and is all confusing. I come out of wash and my car is completely dirty like It wasn't even washed. Then I notice deep scratches on the hood and on top of the car, I don't know how It happened all I know is It happened there after the wash as It wasn't there before. I went inside Arco and spoke with Teresa she said she was going to look in the cameras and happened to be she said she can't get signal in the camera so she can't see, she said I most likely didn't enter correctly. I told her that has nothing to do with my car being scratched all over and ending up with a dirty ass car afterwards. Plus when she went to turn on switch I asked her how should I go in there and she just said drive in and put neutral but If you see this old ass car wash you would even be confused, If you're not going to explain at least a sign with instructions. Over all she started with her attitude and did nothing so I will be calling the office directly. I wish I could give 0 stars. They are thieves. They stole $100 from me today. I have my receipt for $20.38. I received a notification from Paypal about the charges no more than 10 minutes after I left the gas station. I went back and the manager told me, it was MY bank holding the funds and to come back in the morning. That's when I knew they were up to something shady. The police came and gave me an incident number so I can show my bank. My bank refunded my money. DON'T GO TO THIS GAS STATION!!! read more

Pumped gas at this station. Was super hot and decided to go inside and asked the cashier if I can get a cup of ice to cool myself out. They said, "It's not free!" What?! And I just purchased fuel from them! You would think they'd make exception since I was a customer! NOT! No customer service whatsoever! read more

Gave the middle eastern dude at the window 25$. Went back to go pump, and no gas came out. Went back to the window and told him, "hey the pump isn't working." He asked if I payed with card, literally 30 seconds after I'd given him 25$ cash. He then said," oh you give me 20$ yes?" I then said, " no I just gave you 25$." I'd assumed he understood me when he had asked which pump I was using. I then went back to the pump and it only gave me 20$ worth. I went back to the window for the third time and started complaining about the whole situation. I tried staying contained and not let the whole thing seem upsetting, but I said some things that aren't necessarily PG. He told me to see the manager in three days and I told him I wasn't leaving until he gave me my gas. Argued for a few minutes and then he decided to give me the entirety of the gas I'd paid for. Probably not coming back to this place, but if I do I'm most likely be paying debit at the pump. Anyways f**k that guy. read more
