I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I could've paid elsewhere $80 for the job I received & I would've had my car waxed too. (Go to the car wash on firestone across the church) They didn't remove my seats to vacuum right.. I had to ask them to vacuum again because they missed spots. I expected the job to be spotless considering they kept my car for 5 hours. I could've gone in & asked for a regular car wash & im sure it would have came out looking the same. First time coming, & definitely my last. Stay away from here.
