This is a horrible deceitful Arco. From the street when you're comparing prices it appears to be $.20 lower than all other places. But in very small print it says with Car Wash. You will skip perfectly uncrowded, convenient and clean gas stations with high quality gas just to get there and find the price is the same as everywhere else. NOW maybe you might get a car wash to save the $.20, however there is no sign indicating that you will save 20% when you set up at the car wash so in less you read the fine print on the main street sign you'll never be able to know that this is an option. Basically they don't want you to save money on a car wash or gas, they want you to come in thinking the price is low and then pay $.20 more than you expected. Also everyone knows arco is charging $.35 to use your debit card. This is only worth it when the gas is $.20 cheaper than everyone else, but since they are lying to you here, you will actually PAY MORE! Worse ARCO EVER! So deceptive. I'd rather go somewhere else that doesn't deceive me. Even shell or Chevron, though pricey at least are honest and give you discounts when you shop at Ralph's or Von's. and it's not worth it and you have to pay more than $20 chaperone read more

Wrost experience ever don't go here! Long story short I spent $40 on a vitamin water and no gas at the end from the day. Dealing with unprofessional management (Daniel which claim to be the manager) not knowing how to work with customers with credit card issue that they messed up. At the end there was no solution to my problem and now they would like me to wait 3 to 7 days before my money goes back to my account, after explaining them my issue and how this would put me in a hardship due to the lack of training and carelessnesse of there employees. "I will take my business elsewhere and go to Costco where the service and the prices WAY BETTER"! Never again will I buy a piece of candy, gas or air (has no pressure gauge) EVERY AGAIN! read more

Wow this gas station is a joke!!! After waiting what seemed like 10 minutes for their slow pump to fill my car, a nice man came to my window to inform me, just as I could smell gas, that the pump was shooting gas out of my car all over!! I informed them to help and they send some stupid girl out who takes a wad of dry paper towels, wiping my black car and puts stuff on the ground to soak up the puddle. I asked if she was going to clean off my car or offer a free drive through carwash after their pump just malfunctioned....she said "no we don't do that, but you can grab a towel inside and wet it to wipe it yourself"....seriously!?!?!! Let's just say I got my damn crappy wash, but this manager is getting a call from me about her terrible employee and refunding any of my money for the gas that fueled the ground and my car! My family and I like coming here because they have a lot to offer as far as when it comes to Friday's and snacks. But lately we have noticed such a decline in customer service. I just went in right now to go by my children are Slurpee I always just purchased one Slurpee and get 2 cups to split it since my kids are so small. But the lady insisted even if I got an extra cup to charge me full price for a Slurpee. OK no big deal so I left it. But when I went to ask for cashback since they do offer that as an option to their customers the lady rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed lol as if it was a huge annoyance. The location is great I'm glad that the store has a lot to offer but I really think the customer service needs to get better. I think management really needs to look into the reviews read more

Zero stars-the worst gas station company in the US bar none. Gas pumps are always out of order. The pump always says to see the cashier for a receipt and the debit card readers never work. Spend a couple extra bucks a tank and GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

This gas station deserves 0 stars! Several of the gas pumps are inoperable! Another one is cash in advance only. And the pumps don't provide receipts. You have to go inside for that, too. This place gets me to stop when I'm driving through temecula someone's because their gas is slightly cheaper, but never again. Their card readers never work, and it's such a hassle getting gas here. Almost every car here was having a hard time paying. Bring cash, or look somewhere else. read more
