On 7-11 Day 2025 this location took ALL the nostalgia out of this day. They set up a table and pre-fill the celebration cups w single flavor slurpee, and only filled the cups to the cup rim, not even to the top of the lid. When I challenged this practice, I got attitude for it as if I was the problem. 7-11 Day is such a fun part of American culture and they totally ruined it by doing it like that. So we left and I took my kids to the 7-11 down the street off of 79 and Bedford. They held up traditions there and we all got to fill up our own cups the way you're supposed to! read more

I use to go here all the time with my Nephews and then my Grandson for the Quick Slurpee of the boys choice. My only request is for some scientist to figure out how to make the bright coloring NONSTAINING to a Child's MOUTH AND TEETH. Once again I stopped by to get the cheapest gas on Temecula Parkway. They always have fresh pepperoni pizza for a dollar a slice....for us guys there is no bad pizza. I needed another car charger plug in, had it! $4.99 maybe not the cheapest but I was multitasking. Also got my hopefully lucky lotto tickets. This is a decent 7-11 with a gas station so its usually busy plus the car wash next door makes it really busy on weekends. I've never had any problems here and I love that their atm doesn't charge me a fee to use it. The gas for the most part is not the cheapest in town so you may want to shop around. read more

However, almost every time I go in there they try to over charge me, they have accosted me and used profane name calling(both manager and employees who always refuse to identify themselves when threatened with a complaint). I was even yelled at and called a "MF" thief for accidently taking a dipping sauce that I figured came complimentary with the boneless wings that he also tried to charge me for but not provide. Keep in mind they charge less than $.50 for one of these sauces, so it really didn't require a response of that nature. This was the so called manager who had no clue how any of his pickup/delivery system works. Even I have a better understanding of their system. Never order here unless you want problems.. read more

Today was extremely hot. And with Covid and all everyone's right in money. I had $2 and wanted to treat my three kids to a cold drink. The advertised a 49cent BIG gulp. And then we asked to make sure. The cashier said no it's 69cents with membership. My child was charged $1.40 for one drink. Of course course my younger kids were really bummed. Next time I'll go to circle k like I normally would. Times are tough, and it sucks getting your kids all excited to have to say sorry. Mommy can't get you that after all. absolutely TERRIBLE experience here. I went in to grab an order I ordered for myself, and was dismissed by a VERY rude set of workers. When I showed them my confirmation they told me they "don't do that here" even though it was ordered to their store, and I had my confirmation codes and did it at the same location the day prior. When I questioned them about a refund, they told me I looked haggard and drunk. What a weird comment to say to a paying customer? I'm not sure if this is just my experience but I HIGHLY recommend not going here. They will steal your money and when you question then on it, they will make jokes on your appearance. The worker even told me to fuck off And laughed when I asked to speak to the manager on duty. Everyone in the store was in absolute shock. I've never quite seen something like this in my life. Not only horrible customer service, but borderline harassment. Hope they get rid of that employee ASAP. Tried to call and get my money back or talk to a manager but of course no response. read more

The attendants were so rude and I purchased cigarettes there and told them that the 7-11 by the freeway gives a bigger discount for buying multiple packs and was told oh well that's up to the manager and that I should buy my cigarettes there. I then told him that from now on I will! Plus the slurped machine is always broken! I won't be back, I would rather travel to the one by the freeway because the service is much better! read more

I went to this location for coffee this morning and the place was well kept, clean, and had awesome products. I could see me coming here often I suppose, but I just really like convenience stores it general! I received very good customer service from the man behind the counter and I just have to talk about it. :) I was trying out some of the coffees and I came to one that was cold and almost completely out. We were a bit confused as to if we should try it or not, being it could have been old from the day before, and he saw us as he was walking to back of the store. He stopped and told my mother, "that coffee is still good, you can get some, it just doesn't sell good here that often." Well, that didn't make sense to me, but I tried it anyway. The flavor was "Blueberry Fields" (light roast), I had to!!! It sounded so odd and it intrigued me! Needless to say, it was cold and watery, but it had a blueberry taste that was so good... too bad it was almost out. I went around the coffee island and started looking at the other coffees just when he came out of the backroom and asked me, "no, your not getting it?" I responded by saying, "I did try it, it was cold, but it was good!" Then he offered to brew some more and I said "yes please!" Best cup of coffee. Ever. Honestly, I have never had any employee as thoughtful as this one. I need to get his name next time I go and perhaps I will update this review in due time. Continuing the review about their coffee, they had a good selection of creamers, flavored coffees, sizes, sugars, sugar substitutes, shots, teas, and syrups.
