She was very patient with our questions and design changes, and was very easy to get in touch with during the process. Her crew did an incredible job on the big day. I sent George pictures of the yard and explained what I wanted (basically to cut it all down, lol) and a quote was provided to me via email the very next day by Madaline. The price was very reasonable and we scheduled the work. George suggested an herbicide to help kill the vines, and we added that to the quote. His people arrived promptly on the scheduled day and all I can say is WOW!! George and Madaline are true professionals, polite & well spoken, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
