All the reviews are 100% true! Jorge and his colleague were amazing!! The photos definitely speak for themselves. I should've done a before and after because what a huge difference the front of our yard looks. Jorge picked out the green ficus plants to plant around the agave and they truly are beautiful. I'm excited to watch them grow and get fuller around the agave. They were also super friendly which I feel is rare nowadays and answered all the questions/concerns that I had. They arrived at 9am and worked their butt offs until almost 2. I did my best to keep them hydrated and I gave them mini kind bars as a snack - it's important to treat those doing work on your house as good as possible! It is difficult to find good contractors / landscapers in Miami - Jorge is a rare exception. He and his team are absolutely fantastic. Firstoff, he is an excellent communicator, which is rare. I gave him a call and he met me at home a few hours later to go over my project. We went over the issues we need to fix - dead palm tree, horrible drainage, dead sod, compacted soil, dead landscaping plants, etc. - and Jorge sent me a detailed itemized quote the same day. His prices were competitive and he had no problems making changes to the scope of the project as we went along. He even ended up reducing the final price to account for unused materials!!! Jorge and his crew got to work a few days later. They showed up on time and worked hard to do exactly what we asked. Some of the work was difficult - rerouting an underground drain pipe to a new cement outlet and selecting and installing a new 12-foot palm to match anothernoe - and his crew stayed late to make sure it gone done to our specifications. They came back the next morning to put on the finishing touches. All in all, it took a just one week from first meeting to project completion. Jorge was onsite most of the time, and easy to reach by phone / text at all other times (even after hours). His team was friendly and fun to have around. Most importantly, the end result was perfect. We were specific about how we wanted things to look, and Jorge nailed all the details. They grossly miscalculated the estimate and charged us an extra $2000. Also whatever they installed didn't work. All our weeds came back and we wasted our money. Jorge did a whole backyard makeover for our house: gravel on the sides, cleaning up overgrowth, green turf installation, tree and palm removal, new Areca palm installation, pressure wash and sealer. This was my first time with JAAG services and it was an absolute pleasure. First, Jorge is one of the most polite and caring contractors/person to meet. Listens to every detail of the project. I didn't think it was possible for JAAG services to get everything I wanted done - and he did in the fastest way possible no less.
