I had severely overgrown Coco plum hedge's , which was in need of a very serious trimming. They trimmed the hedge very nice, cleaned up all the clippings and they cleaned up the palm trees, cutting down the dead fronds, and the seed pods and cutting the grass area's. Then blowing of the pavers to leaving my backyard refreshed and clean. Rogelio also suggested some landscaping ideas, which I greatly appreciated and will consider for future projects. Then I was told they'd merged with IB At Your Lawncare & that they'd be out the next day. It is now 3 weeks later & I FINALLY got Andre to return my call. He said he wasn't coming back & that our park was too much work for him. I asked if out of decency he would mow for 1 more month until our park could find a new service. His answer was no. So we are now sitting with 100 lots unmowed & zero notice that he was quitting. He clearly doesn't care about customer service, satisfaction or even decency in running a business. Stay AWAY! They cut branches over my wife's car and dented and scratched the hood and scratched the side dragging branches along the side of it. Then told me a shopping cart must have done it. Not sure how the shopping cart levitated to dent the hood or scratch the bottom part of the door and fender. Not professional at all and I don't think I would open myself up to the liability of hiring them
