I've been coming to Arctic Blast Cryo now for about three months and I highly recommend. With cryo, I feel better and recover quicker from my "middle aged guy" workouts. The staff is great, accommodating, and explain everything to ensure you are comfortable. The cold isn't as bad as you think; it's cold for sure, but not like being outside. The 3 minutes goes quick and you warm up quickly afterward sitting on the biomat. I recommend coming a few times on consecutive days to really give it a good evaluation. If it works for you, the monthly membership is the way to go. read more

I have an arthritic knee and was told by a friend to try cryo. Stopped in on a Monday, was given a tour and a free trial of all the services. Kendall was very helpful and explained every step and what I should feel during the service and after. This was 17 months ago. I now have complete service twice a week and my knee feels better. These two ladies are very helpful and very understanding if you have to change your appointment or if you need to get in on a day with short notice. I will continue to use this services. read more

What a great experience! My first time in I was waiting for it to get cold - apparently I am cold-resistant. Got to Level 3 and really started to see the benefits. Takes care of the aches and pains, gives me a big burst of energy, and the spot treatment and Normatech boots are a great add-on to the service. Did my first time today on level 3. It was so cold but I feel amazing. Great staff and they talk to you while you're in there. The longest 3 min of your life. Haha. This place is great! The staff is super friendly and genuinely care about your experience and helping you get the most out of it. I came in with some Achilles issues leading up to a marathon and they helped me figure out what services would be optimal and made sure I got all the treatments in before the race. I have been coming here for over a year to help recover more quickly from training for marathons, but most recently it has helped with my plantar fasciitis.
