Chiropractic care, clinical nutrition, rehabilitation and health & wellness. He will even help you shed a few pounds if you need it! I have scoliosis, which for me is not only a curved spine, but it twists as well. So, I'm curvy and twisted! HA! The muscles around my spine become irritated and spasmatic if left untreated. Needless to say, I see him pretty often. Additionally, for 3 months prior to going through my In Vitro process, Dr. Mulcahy had me on a series of different fertility herbs and extracts. Was it just the In Vitro or did the herbs and extracts have a play? We can't say for sure, but in my case, it didn't hurt! I have a son! I couldn't be happier with MY Chiropractor! Childbirth is traumatic on their little bodies and an early adjustment of my newborns did wonders for them. My second born experienced terrible colic. We thought it was related to a tongue and lip tie, which we had released, but that didn't take away the colic. We then called Dr Teri, and she performed craniosacral / myofascia release on him at 8-10 weeks old and it was like witnessing a miracle. I handed her an extremely colicky and tense/tight baby and she handed me back a very relaxed baby who no longer showed any colicky symptoms. He was dishonest about how much the sessions cost (quoted one rate and charged MUCH higher). He lied repeatedly (e.g., told my husband that I had requested a second full package, which was blatantly false). He failed to tell me that a service he rendered was double the cost until he had performed it three times. Check out his review on the Better Business Bureau site; at least one other person had the exact experience that I did. Anyone going to him should proceed with extreme caution and be sure that all costs and services rendered are communicated ahead of time. Do not consent to any treatment without asking how much it costs. He will not voluntarily give you this information. He has legal cover because of a signed consent form, but a patient should be able to trust that charges will not change and that services rendered will not be upcharged. He did give me a partial refund, but it was for a service that I did not agree to that he dishonestly said that I did.

He truly believes that God's design for your body is more natural in state. He is not a doctor who is going to prescribe a medication, unless it is severely needed. He takes a natural perspective to health and aims to get each patient's body back to the way God designed it. With that said, I feel like Dr. Pittman's has helped me, as I was on prescriptions for over 15 years. Unfortunately in the long run, those prescriptions did worse than what I expected and only put a Band-Aid over the real problem. Dr. Pittman's tries to get at the root of the problem. Know that health is a process and results do not happen overnight--many appointments are needed in order to heal. PROS: I love that Dr. Pittman's takes time to really get to know his patients. He has prayed over me for healing and truly seeks to get at the heart of the problem. I like that I am not putting any harmful prescriptions into my body, as those side effects can be detrimental. CONS: because he is so loved, it is very difficult to get an appointment with him! Make sure that you book in advance and get on the waitlist, in case a cancellation occurs. Since it is more of a natural remedy to curing ailments, normal insurances are not accepted there. You will pay everything out of pocket (unless you have Medicare)-- and it quickly adds up!
