My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

Something seemed off. I asked how much and they said they would get me a quote. Called to try and pay for the service call since the guy couldn't take a card and had to leave a voicemail. That was April 28th. I got a second opinion that day from blue collar heating and air. Super professional and nice. They installed my new unit May 4th. Today is May 9th. Guess who just called to give me my quote for a new air conditioner. Yeah, Altamaha. These people need to figure out how to run a good business with decent customer service.

I contacted Clint and he was out of town at a funeral and had no one that could come until the next week when I would be gone. It was 86 degrees and I had two small grandchildren with me for the week. I contacted local Brunswick service company who responded immediately. They found supply duct broken and found packaging from condenser box wedged between plastic shroud and fan blade preventing from starting. So lucky that this didn't damage unit. This cost me $259.22. On June 21, I shared my expense and what happened with Clint hoping he would reimburse my costs. While timing was unfortunate when this happened, even more unfortunate for me was installation issues that had to be corrected by another HVAC. He responded that I jumped the gun by calling someone else. Really at 86 degrees? I never expected issues so quickly with a new install. I was very lucky to even get someone out on the Georgia coast in the summertime. This was the only safe alternative. I did get a fair price on the installation but it was sloppy. There is no prompt service.

Electric bill doubled and was told can't help ya I lost money installing this unit and my gas coming out here so often each month to patch it with duct tape and window caulk to just make do. Always fast to return calls but an hr or so conversation and excuses on how my house is too old and how he lost money on this one is too much. You can hire this company if u want, good luck.
