He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

Looking at some of the reviews, I see that I am having the exact same problems as previous suckas..I mean customers. Promises of returning to do tasks promised, but never returned, appointments not being kept, calls and text messages being unanswered or blocked. Initially when my problem occurred, a technician came out and had the unmitigated gall to tell me that if my thermostat cooled below 70, that I was lucky. What?!!! My system wasn't blowing out cold air and overall my house was hot and uncomfortable. I wasn't satisfied with that answer knowing the performance of the system prior and that something was definitely wrong. He then said that he would come back the next day with the owner and it's been the run around ever since. This company came referred, but I should have used the company I've been using prior, but they got back to me too late in this Georgia heat. I will not let heat and haste let me make this mistake again, especially when it comes to thousands of dollars of investments for anything that I own, and using a company with integrity. Do better or retire!

But hindsight sight being 20/20, we gave them grace for entirely to long and at the cost of $$$$$. So when I decided we needed to find another company Stellar stood out up against the others in their reviews, website, information about their trained technicians that it was a go for me. I reached out with a message ( as it was in the middle of the night) and heard from them in the morning. We set an appointment. When the day came, I really liked that they use a tracking app for the technician when they are in route to you. We were given a window, and they were slightly outside that window but it wasn't a big deal because I could literally see hem in route. Sam was great. When he came in we had everything that he was going to need opened up and ready with ladders,etc. I caught him up to speed on our entire history with the previous company - whom I did not name because I wasn't going to slam them even though my experience ( after our initial one) was less than 'stellar' I'm sure Sam was able to figure it out as I'm pretty certain their sticker was on the new AC unit. But at any rate, Sam couldn't believe what we had been through. When he went up to check both the outside and inside units what he found was criminal. Literally he questioned if teenage monkeys did the install and wiring! Sam was able to put everything right, including the rate at which the fan was running( it was so low that the dehumidifier wouldn't even work!) All done and back in working order with our newly purchased thermostat installed we were good to go! I only wish I had reached out sooner to Stellar Air. It wasn't cheap to fix all the problems put in place by the previous company we used, but I feel confident that it was money well spent. So we were very pleased with our experience with Stellar and will forever be using their services. Hi Everyone, What…read morereally terrorises a man? "Honey the dryer has an error code and stopped working, and I have a load of wet wash in it." What do I do, I don't know what dryer codes mean. I don't have any diagnostics devices I can use and even if I did, I don't know what the mean. What to do, what to do? Yea, you're the honey man, so you gotta get it fixed or no honey. And my day was going so well today too. Here's your fix, Mr. Fixit! Call Charlene at Ulgy Duct Cleaning who we have used for years at two different homes. Their name may say "Ugly" by that is nothing compared to the mood your Honey will be in if Mr. Fixit, doesn't "get 'er done". lol When you're in trouble, with your code, and you have no idea what it means, or what to do, Miss Charlene does! I called in the afternoon, and they were at our home at 9:00 AM the next morning because we needed it yesterday. I am not stating here that they can always respond that quickly. However, this time, they did in our case. Derek, their technician was out and done by 9:45 AM after completing a very thorough serving and lint removal from our dryer duct. What I enjoyed the most about their very efficient service is Derick climbing up on our roof to remove the lint from the breather duct going through the top of our roof of our home, and then taking a couple of minutes to show me how much lint he extracted from the roof duct and from our duct at the dryer vent. He then replaced the flex duct from the back of our dryer, connecting to the the bottom of the breather duct rising up through the roof. Derick stated that the dryer installation delivery teams always install inexpensive, non-flex duck that will crack, and eventually develop a hole leaving your dryer tint on the floor. He didn't say it, but I am, this is a home fire hazard you need to avoid to stay safe. Derick then installed a much more flexible duct connecting the back of our dryer vent to our homes Dryer breather duct. Finally, Derick made a recommendation to me based on the amount of lint he removed, if you should have your dryer duct serviced every year, or every six months. In our experience, Derek was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and was very patient with his explanations, and is a pleasant communicator. So if you like your honey, Honey, we have a recommend you call Charlene at Ugly Duct Cleaning when next you hear from your Honey about a dryer code. We are so glad we did. Enjoy!
