He did a complete inspection, then showed and explained to me what was going on and what needed repairs. He ran an estimate and we discussed options and he took time to fix it and get it up and running. I highly recommend Backs. I didn't feel pressured to spend more money than was necessary to get it repaired, he did what he said he would do and although busy- took the time to fix it properly.
