My husband was out of town. Originally I had called another business and I was told I needed a new heating/AC system which would cost around $6,000. They said the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger that was leaking carbon monoxide and could be deadly. Another option I was given was to spend $1,000 for a few repairs but that would only buy me another year then I would need to replace the system. The price of this false information was $69. I called Larry's for a quote for a new system. They showed up on time and just went to my furnace and took the front of it off and began checking it over. He sprayed some pressurized air inside and then turned the heater back on. Voila! It was working perfectly again. The only thing that was wrong with it was a dirty heat sensor. He said that the heat sensor is a safety mechanism to turn off the heater if it doesn't sense the fire. Since mine was dirty it wasn't sensing the heat and therefore just shutting off the furnace after a few seconds. He explained to me that when the heat exchanger is cracked the fire will be shooting backwards at me-it wasn't. I really appreciate that he took the time to educate me, a woman who didn't know any better, on what to look for so I wouldn't be conned again. They did not charge me a dime either! After Larry's fixed my heater I asked my father-in-law who is HVAC certified to come check it out and he verified what I was told by Larry's. This is definitely an honest company. They spent considerable time with me explaining how to compare units, what size I would need and other things that frankly, I would never have otherwise understood. They were able to remove my old unit and install the new one in a day. The new unit has been EXCELLENT this long, hot, summer---quiet, efficient and economical to operate. The technicians they sent out were friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed all during the process. I really can't say enough good about this local, small business. If you need a new HVAC unit or service on an existing one, you can't go wrong calling them.

We sent the crew with 7 rugs to try and clean and save. This happened 05/19, and we received our rugs back on 06/12/2023. They were not cleaned, I took pictures of them, 1 rug came in with leaves on it and I vacuumed it. I sent in the pictures to the PM and a member of management, of which, we have yet to receive any response. We will be throwing these rugs out. They are not salvageable. Would not recommend this establishment at all!

Well, a few days later two of the guys come back (while I'm running errands) and tell my employee that they left their DeWalt battery here (which they didn't)...so, they help themselves to the area where we keep our tools, and take the DeWalt CHARGER, and tell my employee that it is theirs. When I get back to my shop, my employee tells me what happened, and I call their shop immediately. The lady who I speak with on the phone says that they just arrived at the shop. So she asks them if they had just come back from my shop, and they say yes, that they took the charger, but were looking for a battery they left here. When I said that the charger is mine, and there were no batteries left behind, they began to argue, I could hear them in the background. I said, "listen, I know they were looking for a battery they left behind, so they had no right to take my charger, can I please have it back? I've had it for almost 5 years now, and I know what I have, and what is missing." She said that I could come pick it up from their shop! (they also broke our radio, but did not tell us! We didn't notice until we started moving things back where they belonged, and that's when we saw what they had done.)
