I contacted the company and made an appointment for the following day. The plumber was prompt and after examining the sinks told me the problem and offered 2 remedies along with the price for each. He went to work and fixed the problem. He was courteous, professional, the price was reasonable, the work was warranted and he did not leave a mess. From now on Pratt is my go to guy and I highly recommend Pratt Plumbing.

My neighbor went into the attic to look he said there wasn't any mold. I think the technician thought he could scam me because I'm an elderly female.
