Had to get a second one out and he took the back off, but again said that he couldn't find anything wrong. Re did whole main level floors. Fast forward 8 months, pull the fridge out to clean and floors are damaged again. Had a new appliance company out to look at the fridge and they found the leak in 20 minutes. Now have to replace another section of my floors, but at least the leak is fixed. Absolutely avoid this company, called them about the whole story and basically said too bad we didn't find anything at the time, not our fault.

Oswaldo went above and beyond, looking in the attic to make sure he knew where the dryer vent was. He even got up on the roof to see if he could do anything. He was able to clean the screen in the vent to give us a temporary fix, and made suggestions on where to call to get the vent hood replaced. Charged us very fairly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Once I reached them again, they claimed the part was still not available, so I called Sub Zero direct. 26 in stock at their distributor. I called Midway back with that information, and they still could not be bothered to call back. I am shocked this company is approved for warranty work for any manufacturer. Called at the beginning of the following week and told them to cancel the rebooked appointment. Don't use this company if you want prompt services and good customer relations. He quickly discovered a circuit board had failed and on the spot ordered a replacement. He was polite, professional, and efficient. The replacement board arrived and Ruslan returned right away to install it. All excellent service with which my sister and I were very pleased (5 stars). Unfortunately the refrigerator then did not maintain a stable temperature, but rather everything froze in the main compartment. My sister contacted Ruslan and he came again to check to see if he could find another problem. He indicated to my sister that he would look into something to do with the temperature control and get back to her. (still 5 stars). Unfortunately since that time a few weeks ago, Ruslan has been completely non-responsive to attempts by either my sister or myself to contact him. The main telephone number always goes to voice-mail; there is no response to text messages. We hope he is ok, however as customers we have become disappointed in the company's lack of responsiveness.
