I entrusted the vehicle with them and returned in a few hours to a job done perfectly. No bubbles nor streaks in the film, no odors, no evidence they worked in the car - it was clean, and there were stickers on the window controls to ensure they were not operated before the film was "set" which required a few days. No problem. The guys working there seemed chill and even welcomed my corny dad jokes. Nice. Total for all windows including windscreen was change under $850.00. NOTE: A Medical doctor's order, and registration with law enforcement is needed for legally using darker tints. Don't be caught without it.

Next step for me is to return the signed contract so they can send someone to measure my windows and doors then the order will be placed. The owner yelled at us on the phone and tried to gas light us by telling us how to use a level and tape measure. When asked why he was yelling, he said he had bad hearing. There are multiple other reviewers here and elsewhere sharing similar experiences, including one where AHC dismissed their use of the middle finger as an old habit from installing caulk. Hopefully this helps explain "the relevance of the phrase 'we regret going with the lowest bidder'" from our original review in full context. 5 stars for price. 2 stars for quality. 0 stars for customer service. Now, to address AHC's response which includes private correspondence taken out of context. The project plan was to replace roughly half the windows in our home followed by the second half the following year--if all went well during the first half. What AHC didn't include in their response is: "Not a single photo was taken within several feet of a worker and none were taken in front of a worker or otherwise impeded their progress, but I understand if photos make some people feel uncomfortable. The only input provided to [the crew] was how we wanted the capping done around the picture windows (which they explicitly asked for) and asking about the crooked and scratched windows. I told him I wanted to talk to [the owner] to see what we should do, and I could tell he did not like that plan based on his response. It wasn't an insult or dig at the quality of his work, but looking back I can see how he may have interpreted that as disrespectful. Personally, I always welcome a second opinion from another knowledgeable person (especially if they're on the same team), and I don't think anyone's work is beyond questioning." I've attached a few of the photos they claim impeded their workers' progress. It's also worth noting that all email correspondence with AHC was prior to receiving second and third opinions from other contractors who, beyond a doubt, know how to use a level and tape measure. We're now considering having a few of the windows they installed replaced based on those conversations. ==== Original Review (**---) We had more than a dozen windows in our home replaced by AHC. The quality of work is acceptable for the price, but we regret going with the lowest bidder. After we pointed out a few issues such as scratches on the windows and that one looks crooked, the owner yelled at us and told us our house is crooked. The company was also upset that we asked questions and took pictures inside our home during installation for insurance. Read through other reviews on here and you will see that they have turned down jobs and yelled at other customers who raised questions/issues about their work.
