I came here almost 4 years ago when they were under a different name. My luck wasn't as good as these fellow yelpers. I bought a new Camry and a few months later I went to get tints here. Not only are the tints not cut right, but the guy working on my car also scratched the inside of my car during installation. When I said cut right, it means when I put the windows down, not all of the tints stop at the same spot. See pictures for reference. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Take your money elsewhere and pay the extra $$. It will be much more worth it. read more

Got the windows tinted on my bmw. Service was quick and prompt was out in 40 minutes which it even deserves 2 stars. Paid $160 for 20s all around. Noticed quickly there was bubbles in the windows. Notified them and I know its winter waited for month and half to see if they will go away. Scheduled appointment to get it checked out and redone. Drove back which was 40 mins drive. Told me its hair under the tint and doesn't know how it got there. Every window has hair in it. And if its done again there probably be hair in there again. Pretty much paid $160 with bogus warranty for $100 job. Wasted my day going back to be pretty much declined fixing the issue. Wouldn't recommend family or friend at all. read more

They get the first because I called on a Saturday morning, asked pricing, if they can match tint, and any chance they could get me in today. They were able to get me in, about 45 minutes after I called. Pricing was great and they did great work. Appointment was for 1230, I was there at 1205 and thy went right to work. Great Experience! I called and making an appointment was very easy. I scheduled for next day service and the actual service was on time and less than the amount of time I was promised. The service was very professional. It has been some days and the results are looking really good. The shop is on a convenient corner off of New Hampshire avenue. Just completed my second visit to JUST TINT, so this is my second review, and again the service was great, the work done was exactly the way that I wanted, and in a timely fashion. Small businesses usually have some of the best people working in them, and JUST TINT is no exception. On both of my visits, they even provided me with transportation to and from my home, (which was less than 5 min. away) so they really do try and accommodate there customers. I initially came to them for window tinting and have since also had an HD conversion done, and a remote start installed. They do vehicle wraps also, and I will also be getting that done with them in the next couple of days at 2/3 less the price than I was previously quoted at another professional shop. I understand that they are looking to expand within the silver spring area, so if there is anyone out there that happens to know of a prime silver spring location that JUST TINT may be interested in, please drop them a line because JUST TINT truly do provide excellent service. First of all I've NEVER written a bad review for anything, I'm not the complaining type but this place was just THAT bad. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE PLEASE. So I took my new car there to get window tints because I was recommended by an acquaintance and it was HORRIBLE. The first time I was there they were nice but VERY unprofessional but I thought "hey I don't mind, as long as they get the job done". So I get my car tinted and the guy is rushing through the whole thing like theres a ticking time bomb or something, and a few days pass and I realize there are bubbles everywhere!! So I call them and reschedule to get it fixed (they had a pretty "booked" schedule for a rundown piece of crap place, bullcrap!) and I went back and they were SO RUDE they probably said 10 words to me the whole time I was there. He rushed through the whole thing again but this time he left my car a compete mess there was windex and glue all over I had to get my car detailed to get it all off. And that time they made me wait outside in the park ACROSS THE STREET in the burning 100 degree weather as oppose to the last time, I waited in the sketchy office with the broken couch and that's just because they were making money off of me. Oh yeah my tints STILL have bubbles everywhere but I'd rather keep my crappy tints then go back to that hell hole where I was treated like a burden. So please for your sake don't go to this place I promise you'll regret it. Their prices aren't even cheaper than the legit professional places around here so what's the point? read more

Had terrible experience here ! I called first and was given a quote and I said let me check the quotes what other companies can offer me. After checking with a couple of other companies I went to JUST BUBBLES because it was close to my house. When I walked in and met the guy working there he tried to humiliate me by implying Why did u come here after u said u want to check with others. Said to myself what a BUSINESSMAN. And then the bad attitude and rudeness was over the roof. I still want to get the job done so i dont really care about that...then paid and took my car for a drive and noticed a lot of bubbles in the front windshield that I was not even able to drive and gave me a terrible headache. Then went to a different shop paid extra and got them reheated to remove the bubbles. The guy at the new shop told me that I should go to a local dollar store if I want to get bubbles for a cheaper price. Very disappointed by the service and unprofessional customer care. To anyone wanting to get their tint removed by Just Tint I would say Just Don't! They claim that the process is difficult and involved. However, all that was involved was some soapy water and a portable streamer. When I arrived I was accompanied by a co-worker who had told me the cost was approximately $20 to have the tint removed..The young lady who greeted us offered to tint his caddie for $150 and to remove the tint from the rear window and two back windows of my car for$75. She wanted to charge me an additional $25 to remove the glue from the front windows, claiming that the removal of the glue was"the hardest part". They refuse to cut me any deal claiming that they are the cheapest in town and if they did it for me they would have to do if for everyone. They then produced a portable streamer and pulled off the tint while the young lady came behind with a spray bottle off soapy water and a razor blade and scraped the glue off. The while process took about 10 minutes! It was not difficult or hard and I duplicated their results at home when I removed the glue from my front Windows with little trouble. In fact, the most difficult part was find extension cords long enough to reach my car. I want to say that the only reason I am giving them two stars is because they did a good job removing the tint from my back window But their customer service is poor and their pricing is ridiculous! Since leaving them I've learned of several places where the job they did for me would have cost less than half the price I paid them. Do yourself a favor and go some place else!! read more

Found this place on IG. Looked through a few of their pics and decided to email. I had tint on my car before so I was looking for a cheap price to remove them. This was the place. Very helpful and very responsive through email. I set my appt and drove up there. I got there about 30 min early. The staff was helpful and nice. Gave them my keys and went to eat about 45 min later they called and said I was done. The estimated time was 2 hours. I was very happy about the time. However I noticed that tint was not all the way down on the passenger side window. I emailed and told them about it. Very nicely I was told to come back and that it would be fixed. And that's exactly what happened. I got it done Saturday noticed it Sunday and got it fixed Monday. Very happy with what was done. I would recommend. It's a small business even though they are small I felt customer satisfaction was through the roof. The guy even apologized for what happened and retinted my window. High recommendation. read more

Aside from receiving an amazing tint on my windows that I completely love, and aside from the fact that it was done quickly and efficiently, and aside from the fact that I felt I paid a fair price for the great work that was done what really made my experience amazing was the customer service.
