It wasn't clear where to park so I have quite the walk in 102 degrees, the swimming pool has no shade so I was not able to dip in, and when leaving, the validation for parking did not work at the gate. As a side note, their cookies were quite delicious. Though I liked the services, I'm not sure I would travel this distance for a facial. I do think if you are staying there for other events or have a package of services it is quite a relaxing spa outside the hustle and bustle of Austin.
