They were kind to offer me another service if I'd like, or just skip it and try next time. I thought that was very kind for them to call me and inform me, rather than me finding out when I arrived. Also, they were very understanding and caring about my sensitivity to LED lights due to my brain injury and other conditions, and had the lights practically off when ai got there for my appointment, just to ensure I felt as comfortable as possible. The room was also very dimly lit as well. So very thoughtful and kind. All of the ladies were extremely kind and pleasant. Very welcoming. I truly felt appreciated for being there. I was listened to, and felt "heard". My therapist focused on what needed the most attention, and i think may have even put me to sleep a couple times.
