Now, I'm sitting here with an infection because the lady ripped the sides of my big toenails out without asking permission, causing me pain during and after. They picked my toe color to match and it did not. Additionally, two nails weren't completely painted to the end. The second time, I wanted the powder nails again and they suggested that I not get the acrylic tip, which I appreciated because I know they were suggesting the cheaper option of the two. Unfortunately, they chipped two days later, but I didn't blame them since it was ultimately my decision. The toes were perfect. And then there's today... I selected a light pink neutral type color for the season and it ended up being coral. When I asked her about it, she said that the sample nail must have faded in the sun. She insisted on charging me full price, justifying it by saying, "I like this color." Unfortunately I do not like this color and it's about the customer, right? It's just not accurate. It's more of a summer color and she made my nails round instead of square like I asked. My toes have residue of my previous color, which is darker. They also missed painting some spots, like they did the first time. They insisted on charging me full price so I paid $48 for this mess. Sad day. Won't be going back. While she does take walk-ins when she can, it's best to call first and set an appointment (581-3933) since she's the only one running the place. She will do her best to work you in where she can. It's a great place to tan and get your nails and pedicures done. I get french tips every month, and they last the whole month and look amazing! The pedis are wonderful and long-lasting as well. Your pedicure will grow out before it ever chips. While the ambiance may seem plain, Wae-Sun really takes care of her customers and her clientele is loyal. Her prices are extremely competitive, too. I highly recommend her service and pricing!
