They have a sauna, whirlpool, and eucalyptus steam room in addition to their lockers, showers, bathrooms, and other items you might need. Waaaay more productive than therapy had been for me. She's amazing! I do life coaching with her now, and I have noticed improvements in my life. I love how I leave the sessions with action items of what to do next in my journey. Angela's caring, supportive, and loving. I wish I had found her years ago.
