If it wasn't such a good place and very close to home, I would have found another spa by now. Carly did my pedicure/manicure and did a beautiful job. She was enthusiastic,friendly and so kind. She definitely makes me want to come back and do it again. I have only had one pedicure in my life time,a year ago now,and I thought that was nice. However this visit to Escape to have both hands and nails done was truly an escape from everyday stressors,which is so important in these troubled times. The colours on my nails were beautiful and the massage was calming. The products used seem to me to be high quality,leaving both my hands and feet feeling softer than ever. One thing I know is when I do go back I must have Carly as my spa attendant, because regardless of the high quality products and the ambiance,she is what made this visit a success. I have a tight budget and normally would never treat myself to something like this,but now I must make room in the budget for a quarterly visit. Carly, I will be seeing you in June. Once the tint came off my eyebrows, I realized half my brow was missing on both sides. For my lashes I needed to get them removed and redone as they were all glued together. I called Pink With Envy to let them know and they said their policy is to let them know within 24 hours. I have never complained about an establishment but this was an absolutely horrible experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have been with Fabutan since 2015 (multiple locations…read morein BC) and have never experienced such horrible customer service. The red hair girl working this evening (November 14 at 7 pm), Kelsey I believe, is an awful representative for the brand. My friend had an eyelash appointment earlier in the day and mentioned she wanted to get a spray tan later with a friend but we had an event and did not know when it would end. Taylor, booked us in for 6 pm and said that we could come anytime before 8 pm as that was the next appointment. Just before we showed up at 6:45 pm, the red hair girl called and said we are being charged a no show fee. At no point was this mentioned to my friend earlier in the day, especially since she told Taylor that we would be late. If this was the case, we would not have made the appointment. Upon arrival, the girl was cold and said that we could not get a spray tan this evening as the entire night was filled. She then spent the next 25 minutes trying to explain how a business worked in a condescending tone. After she repeatedly cut me off from speaking, I asked for her name, which she refused to provide. I then asked for the contact information of the manager or owner, which again she refused to provide. I then asked how I am supposed to make a complaint and she stated that I could not. My friend and I will not be returning to ANY Fabutan location after this experience. Her staff clearly provided the wrong information to my friend and all we were searching for was a solution, which she failed to provide. I will note that no one entered the spray tan booth for the 25 minutes that she wasted giving us a lecture on profits.
