Great service and a great price = new wheels for the 3rd time in a row at this solid dealership!
    Steven B.

This dealership is so good I just bought 3rd car in a row from them! In the crazy word of new car sales I'm betting that doesn't happen very often. However with these folks I expect it's fairly common. My loyalty to a car dealership is completely dependent on price and service. If you don't meet those two needs I'm gone in a heartbeat. There are at least three other Nissan dealers in the area I could choose. The performance of these folks keeps me from even looking. This time around I wanted to minimize my time in the showroom. I called a salesperson and we did much of the paperwork and initial price negotiation by telephone and email. When it came time to pick up my car I was in and out in less than two hours which is excellent! In that two hours I was touched by my sales person, the sales manager and the financing guru. All three were consummate professionals. I drove out with my shiny new wheels at a great price so there was a smile on my face!

The absolute worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. Avoid like the plague. Disorganized, dishonest, and outright scummy.

In December 2025, I contacted the service department regarding an intermittent issue with my…read morevehicle that I wanted diagnosed and repaired under warranty. I spoke with Susan, who scheduled my appointment for January 21. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. and explained that the issue occurred intermittently: the vehicle would become stuck at approximately 25-35 mph even while I was pressing the accelerator. Instead of accelerating, the engine RPMs would increase while the speed remained the same. Once I released the accelerator and the RPMs dropped, the vehicle would return to normal operation. I was advised to have a transmission drain and refill performed. Since my vehicle was already in for service and had approximately 56,000 miles, I also authorized an oil change and a differential fluid service. Before leaving, I asked my service advisor if my vehicle would be in good hands. She assured me that all of their technicians were certified and fully capable of performing these routine maintenance services. Based on that assurance, I accepted a loaner vehicle and left. At approximately 2:00 p.m. that afternoon, I received a phone call informing me that the technician would not be able to complete the work that day and that my vehicle would be finished the following morning. I told them that was fine since I had a loaner vehicle. The following day, I never received a call or text informing me that my vehicle was ready. Around 4:30 p.m., I called the dealership myself. The gentleman I spoke with told me that my vehicle had already been completed and asked if I had not received a call or text. I explained that the only communication I had received was the previous day's call saying the work had been delayed. He simply apologized and told me I could come pick up my vehicle. After returning home, I reviewed the footage from my dash camera. The footage showed that my vehicle remained parked for most of the day. More concerning, when the technician first pulled my vehicle into the service bay, he appeared visibly frustrated and was heard saying to another employee, "I'm not doing this shit." This immediately raised concerns about the professionalism and quality of the service my vehicle would receive. The dash cam footage also showed that my vehicle was never lifted for the oil change. It was only lifted later for the transmission service, during which another technician had to assist because the original technician appeared unfamiliar with the procedure. Additionally, I did not observe any work being performed on the differential service that I had paid for. I contacted the dealership and spoke with an assistant service manager because the main service manager was unavailable. He asked me to bring in the dash cam footage. After reviewing it, he agreed that the technician's behavior was unacceptable and stated that it would not be tolerated. He also said he intended to issue me a full refund but first needed to discuss the matter with the service manager. The following day, the service manager contacted me and asked me to bring the vehicle back to the dealership. This required me to dig my vehicle out during a recent snowstorm just to return for another inspection. After watching the dash cam footage himself, he also acknowledged that what occurred was not acceptable. I explained that if the dealership had video evidence confirming the oil change and differential service had actually been performed, I would gladly accept that. However, he stated that they only had video of a brake inspection and no video confirming the oil or differential services. He said he would discuss the matter with upper management. The dealership then pulled my vehicle into the shop and, approximately 15 minutes later, asked me to inspect the oil with them. From my perspective, this did not prove that the oil change had actually been completed during my original service visit, as the oil and filter could have been changed at that time. Ultimately, they offered to refund only the oil change. This left me even more concerned. If the dealership was confident that the oil change had been properly completed, it raises the question of why they would refund that specific service. Rather than continue debating the matter, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To make matters even more confusing, I later received a CARFAX service notification stating that both the front and rear differentials had been serviced. My vehicle only has a rear differential, making the report appear inaccurate and raising additional concerns about the accuracy of the service documentation. Unfortunately, the original issue that I brought the vehicle in to diagnose under warranty was never resolved. My experience left me questioning not only whether the maintenance services I paid for were actually performed, but also the professionalism, honesty, and transparency of the dealership's service department. I dont normally write review, but this got me thinkin

This is my third Acura and, while past vehicles had NO structural problems, this TL has many issues. Acura honors NONE of the defects. Acura owner blogs indicate my issues are common -- cracked dashboard (always garaged) , window lock button cover cracked off, side mirrors no longer adjusts automatically. Either Acura doesn't back up the quality or this dealership charges for what might have been warranteed. I take no comfort in reading other bad reviews from many others -- of Piazza's sales and service. I do take heed. Just wish I'd read them before trying them out in the first place. Thank goodness I haven't bought a car from them! Piazza service had me leave the car but not until they'd ordered and received the part. Then they required many hours as, likely, the door needed to be taken apart. All seemed fine when I picked it up. A few hundred dollars for a repair that should not have been needed. (On a door that is almost never used.) However, months later a back passenger could not open the door from inside -- the childlock was stuck on. Pushing that toggle switch had no effect. My 5 attempts to get a service person to look at it have not yielded the 30 seconds it would take to just let me know if it's a quick fix or would need to be left for hours or overnight. They do not have a single knowledgeable scheduler to triage the repairs for proper time estimates. I do not live near this dealership but my work sometimes takes me nearby. It would be very costly in lost work time to make a trip out -- maybe even twice, as before, should another part be needed. It seemed a small ask to have someone take 30 seconds to evaluate to FIX WHAT THEY BROKE and maybe save me two return trips. I have never had a car repair experience-- from other Acura dealerships or independents -- that couldn't a listen to your issue, look the car over long enough to give a time estimate to return. They have no respect for customers' time and do not even step up to fix what they broke withinimal inconvenience. (Even if they fix for free, which they should, the lost personal or work time plus $5 in costly gas to get there, is of no concern to them.) Plus a big dark smudge on interior upholstery from dirty hands of mechanic. They DO NOT clean the cars -- inside or out after service. You'll get a voucher for a local car wash to do ot on your own (added) time. I've never had such a shoddy, dismissive dealership service experience.pp Good service is any dealerships pathway to the next car sale -- not to mention referrals. This will NOT be where I ever buy a car nor seek any further service. Mine is but one of MANY bad reviews for both sales and service. Be warned. I think my next car will be a Subaru -- highly rated for safety and all dealerships get great reviews.

But when I picked up my car, the attached paperwork said my left break caliper was broke and that it's very dangerous to drive without the repair. I go back in to the service department to ask questions because no one had any conversations with me about needing this repair. I was told my service agent Rudy was gone for the day but would call me the next day with more information. Nothing. So after giving it the day I call and leave a message for a manager to get more information. Nothing. I have been a customer here for many years. The one time I need a repair that could be serious and the ball is dropped and there's no follow-up despite my inquiries. This could have been a liability issue if I hadn't found it odd that I wasn't told about any recommendations and decided to review the last page in my 5 page packet of info returned to me. I rarely go through the packet. Well Martin Honda has lost a service customer. And a potential sales customer. My car is 10 years old and I was considering a new car. I suppose another dealership that takes time and care with this customers will get my business.
