    My RAV4 purchase in December 2019 was pleasant and professional. It came with two years of scheduled maintenance so I've been back here several times and all times the service has been performed accurately and on time. They offer very comfortable individual chairs with comfortable arms and they have three workstations. They also have a vending machine with soda and water in it and another one with some snack items. Unfortunately there is no free coffee like the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Maybe They can work on that? Every person I've done business with has been professional from the people outside who check you in to the cashiers to the service technicians at the front desk. And even the managers are friendly. Great customer service. .

    One are of paint damage on a car less than 1 year old

    I wanted to piggyback from my original review - Ardmore Toyota management advised that we call Toyota Corporate Customer Care and we spent hours on the phone with them and they said as long as dealer says they can't do anything then Corporate cannot. Ardmore Toyota knew this and still passed the buck, still sent us down a rabbit hole and they did it more than once. The dishonesty and lack of customer service at Ardmore Toyota is appalling.

    In December 2025, I contacted the service department regarding an intermittent issue with my…read morevehicle that I wanted diagnosed and repaired under warranty. I spoke with Susan, who scheduled my appointment for January 21. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. and explained that the issue occurred intermittently: the vehicle would become stuck at approximately 25-35 mph even while I was pressing the accelerator. Instead of accelerating, the engine RPMs would increase while the speed remained the same. Once I released the accelerator and the RPMs dropped, the vehicle would return to normal operation. I was advised to have a transmission drain and refill performed. Since my vehicle was already in for service and had approximately 56,000 miles, I also authorized an oil change and a differential fluid service. Before leaving, I asked my service advisor if my vehicle would be in good hands. She assured me that all of their technicians were certified and fully capable of performing these routine maintenance services. Based on that assurance, I accepted a loaner vehicle and left. At approximately 2:00 p.m. that afternoon, I received a phone call informing me that the technician would not be able to complete the work that day and that my vehicle would be finished the following morning. I told them that was fine since I had a loaner vehicle. The following day, I never received a call or text informing me that my vehicle was ready. Around 4:30 p.m., I called the dealership myself. The gentleman I spoke with told me that my vehicle had already been completed and asked if I had not received a call or text. I explained that the only communication I had received was the previous day's call saying the work had been delayed. He simply apologized and told me I could come pick up my vehicle. After returning home, I reviewed the footage from my dash camera. The footage showed that my vehicle remained parked for most of the day. More concerning, when the technician first pulled my vehicle into the service bay, he appeared visibly frustrated and was heard saying to another employee, "I'm not doing this shit." This immediately raised concerns about the professionalism and quality of the service my vehicle would receive. The dash cam footage also showed that my vehicle was never lifted for the oil change. It was only lifted later for the transmission service, during which another technician had to assist because the original technician appeared unfamiliar with the procedure. Additionally, I did not observe any work being performed on the differential service that I had paid for. I contacted the dealership and spoke with an assistant service manager because the main service manager was unavailable. He asked me to bring in the dash cam footage. After reviewing it, he agreed that the technician's behavior was unacceptable and stated that it would not be tolerated. He also said he intended to issue me a full refund but first needed to discuss the matter with the service manager. The following day, the service manager contacted me and asked me to bring the vehicle back to the dealership. This required me to dig my vehicle out during a recent snowstorm just to return for another inspection. After watching the dash cam footage himself, he also acknowledged that what occurred was not acceptable. I explained that if the dealership had video evidence confirming the oil change and differential service had actually been performed, I would gladly accept that. However, he stated that they only had video of a brake inspection and no video confirming the oil or differential services. He said he would discuss the matter with upper management. The dealership then pulled my vehicle into the shop and, approximately 15 minutes later, asked me to inspect the oil with them. From my perspective, this did not prove that the oil change had actually been completed during my original service visit, as the oil and filter could have been changed at that time. Ultimately, they offered to refund only the oil change. This left me even more concerned. If the dealership was confident that the oil change had been properly completed, it raises the question of why they would refund that specific service. Rather than continue debating the matter, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To make matters even more confusing, I later received a CARFAX service notification stating that both the front and rear differentials had been serviced. My vehicle only has a rear differential, making the report appear inaccurate and raising additional concerns about the accuracy of the service documentation. Unfortunately, the original issue that I brought the vehicle in to diagnose under warranty was never resolved. My experience left me questioning not only whether the maintenance services I paid for were actually performed, but also the professionalism, honesty, and transparency of the dealership's service department.     Dropped my car off at 8:30am for an oil change. They didn't call me to provide an update. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unfair -- this is also the second time that this has happened to me at this establishment, leaving me stuck without a car overnight. People have jobs to go to, kids to drive around, pets to buy food for and lives. This deplorable level of service is disrespectful and should be looked into. I have wondered if the low service quality is due to my demographic, which is a contrast to the demographic of the men at the service desk. For all I know, someone's taking my car out for a joyride or to a personal event overnight and management is looking the other way.

I walked in before closing Friday night after going to different dealerships all WEEK from all areas. I get in and wasn't greeted initially kind of confused actually however I turned around and Riley did greet me with such a great smile and assisted me right away! I told him what I wanted and he grabbed 3 keys and showed me what fit what I was asking for. To sum it up I loved the Rogue RC it was beautiful loved the seats without getting all the features I wanted I actually was going to buy this one. I promised to come back the next day at a certain time but things happened and he followed up. I was at a different dealerships but I genuinely couldn't forget about how helpful Riley was. I come back and he's working with clients and Quan helped me from start to finish yesterday with test driving two cars actually and the entire run down. My trade in was being problematic for my experience stressing me out until I was able to speak with John I believe he's like the exec sales manager don't quote me but he showed me everything I needed to see and my car was worse than I thought and I felt defeated I had to choose another car but without a blink of an eye John suggested a car and before this point I never really spoke to him and he told me he knew I would like this particular car so that was the second test drive. Anyways... he was attentive and RIGHT! I loved that car and it had every single feature I asked for matched my color preference and everything but most importantly it fit my budget and he really helped me. The absolute best experience I've ever had at a dealership and trust me I've been to many dealerships in the past 11 years I've been buying NEW cars. When everything was said and I made my decision I sat down to sign papers with Oscar. Yall I cannot tell you enough how much I love Oscar he was super informative. Honest.     Went to the dealership today for service. Had an appointment @10am for state inspection and a tire…read morerotation. After leaving my previous job at a dealership I that 3 hours for these two simple services is a big stretch. At most on a busy day it shouldn't go past 2hrs. I didn't get any information on my multi point inspection until 12:45pm. To have a WAITER sit there for 3hrs for something this simple is wild. I won't even go into their recommendations and the prices that's a whole different problem. Won't be back.

    tl;dr Very frustrated with lack of interaction between service/parts. Won't be coming back. I've…read moretried to get two retrofits for my new Chevy after chips became available. I've had three issues with getting these chips, two of which are Armen's, and one of which seems to be only Chevy's fault. Issue 1 - Early 2023, I learn one of the two missing features on my 2023 Chevy is available to be retrofit. I make an appointment at Armen a few weeks ahead of the appointment date. I live 45 minutes away, so I use these appointment days to take the train into Philly and work there. About two weeks before my appointment, and one week after making it, I call to make sure the chip is in. To my surprise, no chip had been ordered. The service staff had not communicated to Parts that I was in need of a chip. Luckily, there was still enough time for the chip to be ordered. Chip came, appointment went fine, no other issues. But had I not called Parts to double check, I would have shown up on the appointment day without a chip available. Issue 2 - Late 2023, I go in for my other retrofit. No Parts issues, but I get a call midday during the appointment that the chip Chevy sent wasn't working. I was told due to the way these "recalls" work, they can't substitute a different chip. They said I'd have to come in again a different day so they could re-order another chip. I don't believe this is Armen's fault, but again, frustrating. Issue 3 - Early 2024, I call to make an appointment  to go in again for that 2nd retrofit. We schedule an appointment approximately two weeks out. The week before the appointment, I call Parts to confirm the chip has been ordered and is ready due to prior communication issues. Parts said it was there and ready for me. I get to the appointment and to my surprise, no chip has been ordered. I have to come again a different day so they can re-order the chip. I've drawn the line, and I'm not returning. Beyond frustrating.
