Of course, the title company was paid on Friday - the company takes care of itself before its customers. The sellers also took possession of the condo at closing. We had no proceeds from the sale and no condo. In addition, we received poor communication throughout the entire process. We complained only to have the owner blame, deflect, and fictionalize what really happened. Save yourself the aggravation and use another title company.
