I found Cleanfreak using Yelp and read the positive reviews so I booked them for a cleaning. First of all, they communicated with me via email very quickly, and we got on the schedule right away. The owner emailed me and let me know the guys were on the way, which was very much appreciated so that I could plan my day. The guys arrived and were very professional and they did a great job, told me how much build up they cleaned and pointed out some things I should keep on eye on for the future with our fireplace insert. While they were here I got a quote on duct cleaning for the entire house since this place was a new build. I was so satisfied with their work, professionalism, friendly nature - that I booked the duct cleaning as well. It is so hard to find good service-oriented companies and I know I found our chimney sweep company for our annual cleanings.
