At Gary Yeomans super center on Nova In Daytona beach. I was greeted with a smile a real one, not the fake "give me your money" smile You usually get at a dealership by Jennifer Ruch. We chatted I told her what I was looking for, my price range and that I was working only with Florida credit union .. after looking and a cpl trucks and talking numbers I got my F-150 and the numbers were right and they worked directly with Florida credit union as I wished. Didn't try to get to go with anyone else, didn't try to BS around everything was cut and dry. I absolutely would go back and I Absolutely would send my family and friends. I found it. I run a very busy full-service, diagnostic and repair facility that specializes in European vehicles. All I deal with every day is other people's problems, and it's always nice when you are actually the customer for a change, to be treated with respect, and to not have your time wasted. Ashley made me feel no pressure whatsoever. She was extremely accommodating. And did what not many sales people in the automotive industry do. She listened to what I wanted, and what I didn't want, and accommodated me. Luke, the sales manager was also great. And together they answered all my questions to my satisfaction with complete transparency. I bought this truck for my brother who lives all the way out in California. Which can sometimes be a real hassle when buying for someone out of state, with regard to all the other dealerships that I had dealt with, some of which didn't even want to do this for me. She made it happen. She made the process expedient and was upfront, honest, and to the point. If you are looking for a used vehicle. This is a great spot. They also do a lifetime powertrain warranty, that is accepted at any ASE certified shop. That is a really nice complementary service with a used vehicle purchase which a lot of dealerships do not do. Very happy with the service and the timeliness and I will be recommending her to my customers.

Read the contract before signing…read more I was told when my first payment would be due, and it was changed to 15 days earlier than I was told and I didn't find out until 15 days later by mail!! I was purposely LIED to. Now I have to go figure out how I'm going to come up with a month's car payment now! Natalie is great! That place doesn't deserve her. Just beware what you're signing off on. What they say may not match up with the paperwork you sign.

    Took my 23500-mile 2024 Santa Fe into Daytona Hyundai for the rear camera recall. Was informed and…read morewelcomed the fact that they would also be performing a Multipoint Inspection (MPI). After 30 minutes in the customer lounge, I was informed by Service Advisor Joe Kaye that my car needed a new engine air filter and a new cabin air filter. The cost of this service was quoted as $258. Since the cabin air filter ($30 to $40 part) had been replaced just 1000 miles earlier, I was immediately suspect and refused the service. Upon returning home I inspected both filters. It appeared that the compartment holding the air filter had never even been opened for inspection and both filters were far from needing replacement. Reached out by email to both the GM and Joe Kaye the Service Advisor to inform them of what happened and give them a chance to respond. Waited a week and never received a reply or a phone call. Having spent 45 years in the retail automobile business I understand the importance of the service and repair business. What I do not understand or accept is Management not holding technicians and Service Advisors accountable by occasionally checking the validity of their work and recommendations. Am I the only one that they tried to rip off that day?
