**UPDATE** Because my motivation in writing a review has always been to give an honest account of my experience, I'm back to update my review. I was contacted today by Samantha Ault, the Finance Director at Gary Yeoman's Ford. We had a great conversation and she expressed her regret at my previous experience dealing with the finance department. She talked to me with kindness, understanding and compassion which is all I wanted when I first attempted to discuss my situation with my original salesperson. A lot negativity could have been avoided if someone before Samantha had met my initial complaint with the same interest in understanding my experience. Samantha let me know that my experience isn't what she strives for in her 13-years of experience working for the dealership. I trust her sincerity and she went a long way in restoring my confidence in the car buying - and specifically, financing process - at her dealership. I was immediately contacted by "Irish Mike" who was friendly and professional. I showed up in the dealership the same day and test drove two vehicles. I am a recent divorcee with a bankruptcy and bad credit and just moved to Florida. (I don't even have an apartment yet!) I needed to purchase a car THAT day and wanted to find something with no money down. Irish Mike was able to make a deal happen for me and that part of my transaction was very pleasant. Unfortunately, Once I got to the paperwork and the financing department, things went sideways and ultimately - although I love my vehicle, in am an unhappy customer overall. You could have a good experience here, but buyer beware - and pay close attention to all the details the finance person Waleid tried to slip through my transaction. Because I have terrible credit, Waleid presented a 6-month/$6000 warranty to me as being "structured" in the loan. The clear implication was that my lender was requiring the warranty because of my credit standing. I stated that I didn't really want to pay the hefty $1280 add on (car value was approximately $14,400) but both he and Irish Mike passed that off as something not under any of our control and I believed that was the case. A couple days later, because it still wasn't sitting right with me I re-read my contract and the contract stated that "The purchase of this agreement is not required in order to purchase, or obtain financing for a motor vehicle." Ultimately, after complaining the dealership re-did the paperwork and removed the warranty - but it wasn't without Waleid's denial of his dishonesty and my salesman not really backing me up in the situation. I won't but a car here again. But I guess I'm the end I realized they're just another car dealership doing car dealership things and trying to make extra profit any way they can. read more

Ok, after 3 weeks of truck shopping and getting BS from everyone. I decided ok one last time , I would try and went out and made One stop. At Gary Yeomans super center on Nova In Daytona beach. I was greeted with a smile a real one, not the fake "give me your money" smile You usually get at a dealership by Jennifer Ruch. We chatted I told her what I was looking for, my price range and that I was working only with Florida credit union .. after looking and a cpl trucks and talking numbers I got my F-150 and the numbers were right and they worked directly with Florida credit union as I wished. Didn't try to get to go with anyone else, didn't try to BS around everything was cut and dry. I absolutely would go back and I Absolutely would send my family and friends. Last Friday I called this location and spoke with the Finance Manager about a truck I saw on their site. He stated all the salesmen had left and would have someone send me picture at 9 am the next morning. I received the photos at 5:30 Saturday night, too late to see the truck. I was told by Dennis that the day was too busy to send them earlier. He explained they were closed on Sunday and suggested I come Monday. I texted him Monday and explained I would not be able to make until Thursday because of my knee replacement surgery and physical therapy, I also explained I had to get someone to bring me from Merritt Island. On Wednesday afternoon, I texted Dennis and confirmed the truck was there and we would arrive about noon. He confirmed. On Thursday, I texted Dennis saying we were on our way. He responded I was to ask for Mike Hutchinson. 5 minutes before our arrival someone called me and I explained we were 5 minutes away. Upon our arrival at 12:15, Mike was not available. After sitting down with another salesman, he informed me the truck was NOT there and that it was at another location in their service department. He said the truck had a transmission problem and he would not sell it in that condition. I asked why I wasn't informed about it the day before, or even that morning and he said he wasn't involved and had just found out. He went and spoke with a manager and came back and said he had another vehicle that was "slightly more" than the truck I had confirmed was there. When I asked what the slightly higher price was he stated a price that was more than DOUBLE then the truck. Slightly more is a few hundred dollars, not more than double! Then he tried to sell me an SUV. I don't need an SUV, I need a truck. I feel this was a typical Used Car Lot Bait and Switch Technique. I would never recommend this dealership as obviously they do not train their salespeople to deal honestly with their customers. read more

Found a car online and checked availability on Thursday.Stopped by Friday morning to discuss a deal and found out the car was in Naples ( car was listed on Gary Yeomans Ford Lincoln website - if it was in Naples why was it listed as Daytona Beach )Told me I needed a $500.00 deposit to hold the car and if I did not like it I could walk away from the deal, Salesman told me he would get it here Monday - checked Tuesday morning and was told car was not in yet and was scheduled to be picked up today, told salesman to cancel the deal since I was being mislead. Paul, one of the sales managers called and told me I would not get my deposit back since they had already put money in it ( not like they will not sale the car and get the money back ) So I get screwed out of $500.00 by this dealership because they did not keep up their end of the deal.
