Excellent customer service. If purchasing a safe, this is the best place in Laredo by far. You can get them cheaper in big cities but then paying for shipping makes it silly. Ask for Jerry. He's super knowledgable and helpful. No garbage. When they got the safe to my house and installed it, the lock didn't work. They came out within a day and got figured out it needed to be replaced. It was ordered and replaced within a week. They were great. The range has some odd requirements about not using their rounds and the rounds are pricy. Much better off buying rounds other places. Guns are average to slightly above average in price and they can order anything you want. Overall, I would say great customer service but a little pricy. read more

They will steal from you...I wish I can name the person who is in charge of making the sales for memberships, but I do not have a name. All I know is that it's a young male white skin color. So, I walked in on 7/27/26 into the range go shoot a new ar15 rifle and that person walked up to me and asked me how I was doing and if I would like to be a member which I said no, he insisted and said it would be cheaper if I would sign up because 1 lane would be $46 and the membership would be $44. Since I didn't make sense to pay $46 for a one time and for $44 I can come again withing that month, take advantage and shoot once again, and then cancel it would be perfect. Well 5 days after that I get billed $43 and I wasn't sure why if 30 days have not passed by. I called to ask about why they already billed be since it had not been a month yet. The person on the phone was very rude and asked me why didn't ask that before I signed up and for me to go in person to cancel. Eventually a few days when I was off from work after the 1st, i canceled my membership and was told if I would like a refund but just going through the hassle of that I said no and left. read more

A total scam. We bought ammo from Academy but were quickly stopped from using it because we were told by the gun club that the full metal jacket could cause a spark when the bullets hit and cause a spark that could start a fire. REALLY!!! Scam, Scam, Scam!!! They want you to buy their ammo, targets, eye wear and ear protection. They want to force you to sign a contract and pay $15 a month. If you rent to use one of their guns or rifles, you have to buy their ammo. Hell no! Warning. Do not go there because it's a rip off. Poor excuses. I'm wondering what would happen if I was to open up a shooting range and would charge $10 a month no limits on visits and no contract. You bring your targets and ammo. No questions asked. read more

Need to shoot? This is the place to do it. They have a nice indoor facility with a gun store attached so you can purchase merchandise afterwards. A good member program with many special perks, weekly promotions and other events. With the current set up that has a lounge area outside the range where family members can see you shoot but keep the kids off range, it's the perfect opportunity to bring the family. I bring my family when I go and it's all good. I've shot long range and hand guns at this facility. The long range (ex:AK46 or AR15) are free to rent on Monday's so it's a bonus to go on those days. You'll have to pay for bullets if you don't have though. They also have non alcoholic beverages and I believe light food on site. The range has target mounts that are machine controlled so you can move them to whatever distance is your preference. And the range is temp/climate controlled so you don't have to worry about being to hot, cold or weather conditions outside. The staff are very friendly and if your a first time shooter they will work with you until your a bit more comfortable shooting on your own. Real quality people. read more

My first experience shooting was a couple months ago at Arena Gun Club. I was so nervous. I'm glad that they're family friendly, so my husband and our daughter came along. They waited in the lounge for me and watched me shoot. They also have a gun shop and restaurant on siAfter a quick 10 min rules and safety video an employee walked me over to my lane. He was an excellent instructor and demonstrated everything he told me after asking for permission to touch my firearm. He stayed with me the whole time and encouraged me to breathe or adjust my stance to get comfortable with shooting. I didn't do too bad for my first time thanks to him. It's been a while so unfortunately I forgot his name. My husband recently got a membership so when he goes to shoot I can tag along and shoot on his lane for $5. read more

I went there some time back to look for a particular Glock firearm that was hard to find. I asked one of the attendants about the process of obtaining the handgun, ie. Background check etc. The the only thing I could get out of the employee was that it all depended on my background. I was asking as to how long it normally takes, but the employee still kept repeating the same thing. It felt like I was talking to a kid that would just repeat the same thing over and over regardless of what I asked. The feeling I get from the employees there is that of condescending gun shop owners like Moore's. read more

Excellent experience for my first-time shooter 13 year old. Short, ten-minute safety video was very informative. Electronic waiver did a good job of reinforcing safety basics. Rapid customer service even when they were full of shooters. Range safety officer was very thorough and did a good job of making him comfortable. Sadly all his Call of Duty video game experience didn't translate into a comfortable shooter. He had a blast. Is no longer fearful of guns and is very aware of gun safety. Just discovered this gun range in Laredo. They are a shooting range and a retail shop plus there is an armorer/gunsmith on site. Though they are a club with a membership fee anyone can shoot for the day (they do not charge by the hour). Before shooting at their range you will have to watch a short safety video on an ipad and then give them your name/address/drivers license # for their records. They also take your picture. I took advantage of their Monday special which was three full auto carbine rentals for free, you just pay for the ammo and lane fee (50%off so $10). Even with this special my total was $113 with tax. Ammo prices are at about market rate (I've seen 100% markups at other places). JoAna was very nice and helpful at the rental counter. Though they must get a lot of newbie shooters they did not talk down to someone with no experience with full auto shooting. The RSO was very helpful and easy going. Not the usual gun store commando experience, these guys are very polite and professional. read more

Nice place. If it's your first time there it's a bit of a pain, you have to sign in, watch video, etc. Understandable though, it sucks if you are an experienced shooter. Not too bad though. Not sure on the gun rentals or ammo prices as I bring my own. They have some god specials throughout the year. There have been some shady characters a few times I have gone. What an awesome place. The lanes are really nice with mechanized targets. The RSO does a great job. Saw him step in safely and professionally to help a shooter without embarrassing them. I would not hesitate to come in and shoot if asbeginner. The staff at the counter were very helpful and made the whole process smooth. The safety video and questionnaire on the iPads were very easy to get thru. The gun rental is a big plus. So many cool guns to try out. Catch a special and it is even better. Prices were reasonable and ammo is not overpriced. The lobby is really cool letting you look into the range thru the glass or video screens. Even if you aren't shooting, still a fun place to visit. Attach is a good sized gun store and a restaurant. They have CHL classes too which I would like to try one weekend. All around a classy place without being too intimidating. read more

Very bad service. I have been in the market for a hand my wife can carry (please take not that my wife has never fired a gun before) for self defense. So I wanted her to try out several calibers to see which one she liked best and at the same time learn how to shoot. We stood in the area where they conduct the safety video and introductions on how to fire a gun for 10 minutes without even an eye turned to us. We saw a lot of instructors talking/flirting with the pretty girls but to busy to notice us standing there. Even the guy behind the counter looked straight into my eyes and then looked away. I then walked up to him (because there were no other customers) and asked if my wife can try out some guns for my wife. After being there for more than 15 minutes, my wife and I were already frustrated and we figured if this is the start of the lesson I can't imagine how the rest of it will be. Very disappointed. Called twice during the week and asked if they had fiber optic sights for my Colt 45. I was told they did. That they had a selection of them. Drove to Laredo and first off, had to wait 10 minutes for someone to ask me if I needed help at The Ronin side of the building. Told them what I was looking for and they didn't have it. They said that I'd have to order it. But, that i may want to check with the other part of the store. So I walked to another section and I asked the person at the counter the same question. He said, "We don't carry sights, that's Ronin". I said i just came from Ronin and they sent me to you. So I walked off and another guy at another counter asked if I needed help. Mind you, this is almost across from the other person. I said not really because i needed some sights and i was told they didn't have them. He asked for what gun and I told him the Colt 45. He pulls out some Trijicons from the counter and says are these the ones. They looked like the ones i needed but were overpriced by like $50. Needless to say, the experience got worse but as I write this, I'm starting to get angry again at the whole experience so I'll leave it at that. Worst experience at a gun store I've had. What a shame considering how nice the inside is. I'm finding out that there are multiple businesses at this one location including Kirkpatrick Leather which we used to buy our gear from years ago. It's no wonder no one knows anything. Great looking place and very nice selection of firearms but overpriced and they need a lot of work on their service. Went over to TGS Tactical which just opened and was treated a whole lot better. Can't wait to see when they are fully up and running. read more

overpriced.Ruger Precision Rifle sells for around 1200-1250 $ at most dealers. Cabela's sells it for 1500 $ , Arena for almost 1600$.I would assume they are overpriced on everything else.Lots of people working there but most have no knowledge of guns whatsoever.The gunsmiths part of the business is worse.Do not place orders for parts with them, big chance you will never get them after constantly been lied to about the status of your order.After weeks of waiting you will eventually give up and order it yourself. read more
