I lost out on a rifle for my son because of their shenanigans. Never will do business here again. They don't answer phone calls or emails but will answer facebook and refer you to a new gun store.

I have read the other negative reviews and while I'm not saying they aren't true, I have not personally experienced the issues they have mentioned. It is a smaller store so obviously selection is limited but I can't fault them for not having a specific item in stock. Guns are average to slightly above average in price and they can order anything you want. Overall, I would say great customer service but a little pricy.

So, I walked in on 7/27/26 into the range go shoot a new ar15 rifle and that person walked up to me and asked me how I was doing and if I would like to be a member which I said no, he insisted and said it would be cheaper if I would sign up because 1 lane would be $46 and the membership would be $44. Since I didn't make sense to pay $46 for a one time and for $44 I can come again withing that month, take advantage and shoot once again, and then cancel it would be perfect. Well 5 days after that I get billed $43 and I wasn't sure why if 30 days have not passed by. I called to ask about why they already billed be since it had not been a month yet. The person on the phone was very rude and asked me why didn't ask that before I signed up and for me to go in person to cancel. Eventually a few days when I was off from work after the 1st, i canceled my membership and was told if I would like a refund but just going through the hassle of that I said no and left.
