They carry sizes 30A to 54J; and will personally size you to ensure you get the correct size. Don't expect the prices, or mediocre quality that you would find at one of those bra stores at the mall. Expect to walk out with a bra that fits, and, if you take care of it properly (and lay off those Girl Guide cookies!), it should last you a long time. Expect fantastic, personal service - they won't let you leave with a bra that doesn't fit.

After 7 days I came back to share my feedback of the bra and was told I could have exchanged within 7 days. I asked Dawn or Donna why I was not advised of this and it's not written on the receipt. That there is no return or exchange on sale items but on regular priced items there is a 7 day window. No reply was provided. This bra doesn't work with my clothes. This place doesn't operate ethically. Please really be careful they will say anything to make a sale. The sales manager's approach is rude when I asked her why she was dishonest and not transparent with their policies. Now I am stuck with this product. It's a painful lesson to learn that there are establishments that operate unethically. Please be careful. It surprises me that Sophia would allow her staff to operate using unethical business practices. Tarnishing her reputation. The fact that sophia has not reached out to resolve this matter further supports this review. I have read reviews from 8-9 years ago and they have been operating using these same unethical practices.
