I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

I will say Physical Therapy after this is rough but essential. Up to date Ive had a total of three treatments of physical Therapy at Be Med PT. I have also put in the work, yes the messages are not easy. I want to be honest. However I will say I have been miraculously walking. Where I thought this would be so far away. The thought of getting to walk again at the point that I am at is unthinkable. Let's talk talk about the staff every single person. EVERY SINGLE PERSON is friendly!!! Super accommodating. Have helped me out of my car when I first started, but also challenged me. Very honest, very sweet not only to me but to everyone around me. Attention to detail and explain every single treatment process to the point where I feel knowledgeable to this whole process of recovery. I feel like it's not a business, but more like a family who cares about my well-being and are rooting for me to walk again. Take the time to notice my progress and also when I'm not doing this correctly. Every single person works together, as a team. I've actually managed locations and I will say the amount of real team work between staff is rare, but not here.
