Excellent experience- I was on my way from Chattanooga to south GA on Sunday- had appointment on Monday. Got a nail in my tire in Dalton. For those of you not from the Bible belt-- a flat tire in Dalton GA on Sunday morning is a PROBLEM! Found this place and they were open. Next PROBLEM- my car has "run flat" tires, meaning no spare tire. You can't drive 5 more hours on a tire with only 22 pounds of pressure- loud hissing of air after filling. Every time I have replaced a tire, the big tire discount store had to order, not a common type Anyway, they were so kind and understanding. They fashioned a hard plastic plug for the hole in the tire then patched- he said he knew I needed this fixed so I could make my appointment. 1 hour and $35 later- back on the road. BTW- beautiful, huge clean bathroom with plenty of soap, paper towels, TP. Marble tiled floor. Gigantic 3 screen TV. Comfortable (kind of) seats. Awesome place. I can't figure out why bad reviews. Wish I could give higher than 5 star review! read more

Super amazing owners we got two flat tires on our way home from Tennessee to Florida and called them right at closing time and they stayed open so we could get here and replace two flat tires on our airstream. Thank you! read more

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT!!!!spend a penny at this place. I purchased Firestone tires on March 21 2022. I went to have the tires checked as they were making sound and causing Issues when driving in the rain. Every single person at help desk supposedly could not find me in their system and would only offer to sell me tires. Then asked me for proof and I brought the proof the next day and still with the proof of purchase they claimed that they could not do anything and that I must buy tires. Later I visited a Firestone retailer and they stated that retailer that sold me the tires had the responsibility to process the warranty as the tires were defective and that arevalos tires probably sold me used tires and that's why they didn't want to back up their services and product. read more

Got my wheels balanced made sure that all the 4 wheels had the wheel caps which they did but once I drove out of there it was missing one of them which feel off the wheel. They forgot to fully tighten the wheel cap then 30 minutes later I came back and told the one who balanced my wheels that he had not fully tightened the screw that and he just fully denied and didn't take responsibility on his actions. Open on Sundays! Awesome tire shop. Wal Mart auto was charging me $100.00 to install all 4 new tires. Went to Arevalo's Sunday morning to get them installed for only $50.00 which also included the balance. The employees did a great, quick job! read more

Purchased used tires (not cheap, BTW) from them 3 times in past 5 weeks. First purchased was an incredibly good experience. Today the tires were installed on my truck and delivered to me as unwashed muddy tires. I was told by the young woman who sold them to me that they would be washed before installation but I guess 2 customers at once was just too much for them to handle. Maybe that's why it took an hour?? I just finished washing the tires and they look good but I'll be taking them for a rebalance. Not sure how muddy tires can be balanced (properly). Each trip I walked away feeling treated worse than the time before. I will not be returning to Arevalo's. They got their second chance and blew it big-time. read more

I took my truck a week later to someone else and they let me see what my brakes looked like and come to find out Taylor Tires let me drive my truck without any brakes on the back and I had no brakes on passenger side. So the only brakes that I had was on drivers side and they were very very thin. How can you allow someone to drive off in their vehicle without any brakes. I could have been killed or injured. And I could have killed someone or injured someone if I had hit them. How can they sleep at night knowing that they did this. So please do not take your vehicle to this place for anything cos they will lie to you. I have to rate them so I can put my review on here but they dont even deserve 1 star

I purchased a car from a local dealership. Everything I stated I needed to have done was thoroughly checked. They explained and showed me exactly what the issues were. I needed tires, they explained and showed me where the tires were dry rotted and explained how unsafe it is to drive on them. I immediately purchased tires and have had no issues since. Traveling thru and blew 2 cargo tires late Sat night. Not much was open. Went to Chattanooga early Sun hit up many stores like pep boys, Walmart, Firestone. Took about 5 hrs of looking and they simply didn't have them. Was driving back thinking we're gonna be here another night when we stumbled to this quaint little tire shop. I had a flat tire I needed to get fixed, so I called these guys up and even though they were fixing to close in 10 minutes, they decided to wait for me to get there. They unfortunately could not fix it but they were able to find a good used one for reasonable price for me and also ended up replacing my sensor as well. Overall my experience was great!
