They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.
