You have to pay for each items at the location and in some instances you get a bag with that store's name on it, and in others, you get a Harrods' bag. One the lowest floor are the food options, including a grab and go style cafe, a sit down food court, again with many different restaurant concepts, but all within one space, and a bakery. The entire thing is a site for the eyes and consumerism at its finest. The bathrooms are clean and things were clearly labeled. We all also agreed that this was an experience for sure!

Clothing on the other hand is really a depressing thought. I've been here 4 times now and already I haven't found a single clothing article worth a second glare. Maybe is the pandemic that's cause everything to run dry, but it was quite a disappointing couple of experiences. The staff are super helpful and pretty much willing to accommodate any way they can. The biscuits (especially the shortbread) are not to be missed and you should save room in your suitcases. M&S (regular) it is like a department store. Great quality clothing for great prices. If you are traveling to England during your birthday month, make sure to sign up for the Marks & Spencer loyalty card and you will get a sweet treat or grapes free for your birthday. These are located all over the country and all over London. If you go during any holidays, it's even better.

Prior to your visit I'd keep your expectations low on the quality as most everything is plastic and inexpensive fast fashion items, but for a quick stop while you're in town, it's not too bad and they have fitting rooms so you can try things on. We did not love the UK law where although Primark opens at 11:30am on Sundays, you can't purchase anything until 12pm, so if you visit on a Sunday from out of town, it's just something to be aware of. All in all, the honey liked his £7 swimsuit and we were able to use self-checkout, so overall we'd definitely come back.
