I was in the market for a new soft mattress. Although this isnt Arhaus' main forte they do sell them. It gave me reason to see their newly refurbished and renovated store which was state of the art. The sales ladies were kind and nice in assisting me in quest for a much softer, inexpensive Queen size mattress. This effort went unsuccessful. The one thing i would like to add in general on behalf of mattress stores, they should price in or even accept your trade-in of a previous mattress like a Car Dealership does. This is a business and they handle mattresses better than we do. If i was an employee there, this would be a Board Meeting winning idea id enter in with before joining! Consumers would shop at the mattress store knowing they'd take their previous mattress as far as discounting the price. Always wise to be conciliatory to the consumer securing more sales that way too! :) read more

I have been in the Arhaus store in Naples numerous times over the past 4 years and never once has anyone greeted me, said hello, or asked if they could help me find something. It's ironic that the majority of the furniture in my home comes from Arhaus. I find what I like on my own, and order it through a sales person in the Cleveland area where they were always kind and more than willing to be of service. i like the product and have purchased for more than 20 years from this company but the Arhaus in Naples, FL will need to earn my business and get off their asses to help potential customers. read more

Absolute garbage quality. It really is a shame. Ordered a piece for our front entry and a small scuff revealed WHITE underneath. An almost $2,000 piece has just a thin veneer on it? They tried to sell me the repair kit which did not match the color and even if it did, it in no way could completely recover the area. I have furniture from beyond basic brands that have a higher quality and more longevity at a fraction of the price. read more

I've ordered a lot of expensive furniture from Arhaus over the past two years. This past February I ordered a dining room set with 8 chairs (two with arms) and a rug that was scheduled for delivery in April. The table arrived on April 12 along with 7 chairs and only one with arms. The fabric on some of the chairs was smudged. The delivery company took the wrong chair back, took pictures of some of the smudges and said Arhaus would be in touch. The rug was not part of the delivery. I've had to contact the sales rep three times to find out about the chair and still haven't heard when I will get it. I was just told that the sales rep's manager was looking into it. That was on April 22nd. The rug was then scheduled for delivery on April 27. I had someone waiting at my house for the delivery that was supposed to happen in 30 minutes. One hour later she called the delivery company (Ryder) and was told that the rug had been delivered and was left by the stairs. With more investigation we discovered that the rug was delivered to the WRONG address and left with contractors who were working there! I called Ryder back and told them they had to go back and pick up the very heavy rug and deliver it to the correct house. I was told that they would call me right back. Four hours later I got a call. By that time, my friend went to the house and the contractors volunteered to put the rug in their truck and drop it in our garage. The "white glove" delivery was supposed to lay the rug down as well. I had to hire someone to bring it up and lay it out. I notified my sales rep on the 27th of this fiasco and still haven't heard back from Arhaus! I'll never buy another thing from them. read more

Totally disinterested sales and management. We purchased many things over the last 15 years including tables, multiple couches and bedroom furniture. Feb 2022 we purchased table and chairs. They delivered broken 3x. Each time they tried to insist it wasn't broken. Finally Aug 2022 they agreed to replace with different table. Now December 30 no table or updates. When we clll to ask for update they get bored and dismissive and say we'll just have to wait. Terrible customer service and absolute no follow up. They don't know how to treat loyal customers. We are very disappointed in our experience and will be very hesitant to ever shop there again. read more

This review is NOT based on the store or the sales staff! This is about a certain line of furniture that is sold by Arhaus. The name of the collection of furniture that we're referring to is called "Dune"! We bought a large sectional sofa because we loved the look and we didn't want the seating to be too deep so this sofa was perfect. We also appreciated the fact that it's handcrafted In North Carolina. Once we actually had the sectional for a while, we found that the description of this Dune Sectional is far from accurate, the cushions on this sofa DO NOT hold their shape as described and after sitting on them for a period of time the material inside does NOT return to its shape at all, and we're constantly swapping the cushions around! See pic...This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a sectional that was well over 5k! This will be our last purchase from this Company! I emailed customer service about this issue but never heard back. This is the description from Arhaus' Website..... Seat-cushion cores consist of dense, eco-friendly foam made partly from sustainable, plant-based material. In 2016 we furnished most of our new home in Atlanta from the Avalon-Alpharetta store. It was a fantastic seamless experience. Fast forward to Naples, Fl. The experience has been far less than pleasant. After spending 25K on new furniture and waiting a year for delivery we still don't have what we ordered. Today was the third delivery of random pieces of furniture. The first delivery was a chandelier. The second delivery was and ottoman and today was a piece of a sectional. We call the store and get voicemail. What kind of store doesn't answer their phone. While we were happy to accept our furniture delivery today we were actually told by the store it would be mid March. What is painfully cleared that the store doesn't have a clue when or what furniture is coming and once the sale is completed they move on to the next customer. Nice store but poor service and communication. read more

Spent $89,000 on furniture for a client with a few more projects in the pipeline but after my experience, I will be taking our business elsewhere. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Appointment was lack luster at best even with the total amount being spent and the follow up was even worse. Was promised someone would be there for delivery (of an entire house) and no one showed (with no notice). A piece came broken and when I contacted my sales rep (Regina), she told me to "not worry about it". You don't tell anyone that let alone some who is answering to their client. Item was scheduled for re-delivery and it once again arrived broken. I called the naples location multiple times throughout the process including one time where they said a discount would be provided for the broken piece. Did I ever get a call back or a follow up or the promised discount to my client? No. I've bought cheaper furniture with better customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Beautiful furniture, absolutely the worst customer service. We placed an order for over $20,000 of items at the store on Dec. 5th. We were told at that time that there were delays; and we could expect the sofa in about 3 weeks, and the rest of the order may take up to 90 days. Ok, no problem, we were fine with that. That was Dec 5th. We still do not have all our furniture that was ordered, and estimated arrival of the last pieces to their warehouse in Ohio is mid May. We were told mid April 2 weeks ago. So, we will now wait over 5 months for what we bought from this company. This has been the most extreme case of "over commit and under deliver" I've seen in my lifetime. What's been worse, however, is the absolute lack of communication on these issues from our "Design Consultant" and store management. Phone calls for delivery updates have gone unreturned. We can only get updates by calling the 866 number and speaking with the concierge (who told us that the store is supposed to be calling us every 2 weeks with updates, which is laughable). No one at the store returns calls, if they answer the phone at all. About a month ago, we finally cancelled the sofa (that was supposed to take 3 weeks) and bought a Tommy Bahama sofa from another local retailer, which was delivered in one week. Also, from another retailer, we ordered a nice sideboard- that was delivered in 4 days. We get the pandemic has caused supply chain disruptions, but not like this. Other high end furniture retailers don't seem to have these issues. Not in this area, anyway. After looking through the reviews to see people that had delivery problems several years ago, I do not believe this to be pandemic related. Apparently they have had inventory/logistical problems for quite some time. When they finally delivered our rug and pad a few weeks ago, the delivery drivers dropped it off, rolled up and packaged, in our living room and refused to unpack and install it. I could go on in more detail, but you get the idea. Never again. read more

My rating is not based on the total quality of the product but the lack of customer service during the purchase process and afterwards. I ordered 3 pillow covers over the phone from Tami. She told me it could be up to six weeks before I received my order. After I waited eight weeks, I called the store. I left multiple messages on their answering service. No one ever called me back. I finally called the toll free number and was told," We show your order, but we don't ship until you call to receive it. Seriously! It was paid for in full. Tami told me the order would ship once the pillow covers were in stock. I had to wait another 2 weeks for my order to ship. And then, when they arrived, the pillow covers were a perfect match with one flaw. Arhaus sews a white tag with their name on it on the front of the pillow. I took the pillow covers to the store, spoke to Tami and was told they did not have a seamstress that could remove the obnoxious tags. Even Pottery Barn puts their tags on the back of the pillow. I was able to remove and stitch backup nicely. I like Arhaus products, but I don't need to advertise their name in my home and their customer service is lacking. read more

We are loyal customers of Arhaus. My wife likes there designs but now we are done. We b ought a 3200.00 living room cabinet on 1-9-21 and was told it would be in April then when nobody called we called and was told September so in September we get ready to go back to Naples from RI but once again we had to call them and they say it will not be in till October now. Why do we have to keep calling does anyone care? It is October 20th now and it is still not in and its just a joke as it will be 11 months. We will just cancel but naturally they have our 50 percent deposit for 11 months also. The fact that not one person has called us sums up how they fell about a customer. From lighting, to one of a kind pieces, to patio, this store has quite a range in neutral palettes. Sales people are nice without being too pushy. Frustrating company. Week 11 since I ordered my furniture, told me it would be ready in 8. I was double charged for the fabric protection. My rug was direct shipped and now lost, no help from their customer service. They just keep dropping the ball on tracking it. I asked them to rush the delivery now that my furniture is in the Naples area, no help there. So now I have a houseful of company coming and I have no chairs, sofa or rug. Obviously once they get your money they do not care about their customers. I will never go back nor would I recommend this store to anybody. ARHAUS get some customer service. read more

I must say the furniture and look of store are wonderful....BUT from there on everything is not. FIrst of all, if I hadn't been looking for awhile and found a coffee table and end table that I loved I would have walked out of the store. I will never enter this store again and I will tell anyone who wants to know what I think of this store. My saleslady was Bonnie...When I went to pay for coffee table and end table I was told that there is a $198.00 delivery fee. I live 6 blocks from store and I could have gotten end table and maybe coffee table in my Range Rover but was told they don't allow that. Only bar stools can be picked up. I almost walked out at that point since I seemed to offend her that I thought their delivery fee was too high...She told me that it is because of the unpacking and setting up the men do when they deliver.... They carried in today. End table in a big bag, coffee table just set down. Were talking 10 min. tops at our home. Bonnie also said that it was not in stock but should be in 1 week and she would call me on the following Friday to let me know what the status was. Well, Bonnie never called...In fact I haven't heard from her since I made the purchase.. Great Customer Service???? I called myself for 2 weeks. When I called the last time I was told that the tables were in at their warehouse in the East but would not be put on the truck until I paid in full. I had already paid half. Im used to paying balance when furniture is delivered ...Is this company having money trouble??? Stay away from this store.....Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!!!! We have home in Carmel, IN and Naples, FL and have shopped and both stores, but there is no comparison. Carmel if far better in every way, especially with their sales staff. Naples has a LOT to learn about sales. We have conservatively purchases 10's of thousands of dollars from Arhaus, but we will no longer work with the Naples store. The beauty of the Arhaus product is not backed up with quality or customer service. I purchased four stools and a chair from the company that arrived nearly six months later. When they did arrive, they were destroyed within days. The arms of the stools appeared to be a beautiful solid wood. What I later discovered is it's composite or pressed wood painted over to look like it was solid. The arms on all four chairs have chipped. I've filed multiple complaints, but the company has not made any accommodations to help remedy the issue. I was told it would only be covered if it was a manufacturer issue. When I prompted the rep that it is indeed a manufacturer issue (i.e. poor quality), I was told if I didn't use the chair and it chipped that's covered. However, since I used the chair, it's not their issue. I asked her if she realized how ridiculous she sounded, but that was lost on her. This company isn't the most affordable out there, and I saved a lot of money to have these stools and wished I would have read reviews first. Shopping here is not worth it. I am surprised by the negative reviews! I have always had a great experience with Arhaus in Naples. I just recently purchased The Dune Sectional. I spoke with Sally , the manager, and than she had Beverly assist me with my order. Both ladies could not have been nicer and most helpful. Beverly placed the order for me, was excellent in communicating with me who would contacted me with regard to shipping and it arrived when promised. The delivery company was most professional and courtesy and gave a 2 hour delivery window the day before. The called when they were 30 minutes away and arrive right on time. Really cool store. It's a shame the salespeople are so aggressive. They pounce as soon as you walk in the door to CLAIM you as their customer and you should come only to them if you have questions. Even after expressing that you'd like to just look around they hover behind you and keep interrupting to ask questions of you, what are you looking for, do you see anything you like. Lovely, Lovely, lovely!! So many items I wanted! This furniture store is right up my ally. Their selection is similar to a store in Charlotte that I love. Most of the wall art is vintage looking (think vintage botanicals and sailboats). They have a variety of furniture from different designers. I would have given the store five stars, but one of the employees followed us around the entire time, which was very annoying. Let me browse! Grr. I'll have to be more assertive next time and let the sales associate know that I want some space to look around. Don't miss this store, though. It's worth a look if you're in Naples! read more

Totally agree with the other reviews. They need to get the logistics right. Waiting for furniture and for credit on defective furniture that was returned. They won't release reordered furniture until payment is made, however, we have a credit that has not been issued that would pay for the majority of our reorder. How hard is it to make a return (4 weeks ago) and give credit? I can walk into any retail store, return something and get credit immediately. Totally unacceptable. read more

Very iritating company to deal with. The sales people seemed befuddled and I had to deal with 3 different associates to get my order completed correctly. I placed my order in December 2017 and got the last part of my oder in March. I paid my bill in full ($3200) at time of order. Low and behold i received a bill in July saying i owed $110. I called they said it was oversight and would correct. Weeks later got a 2nd reminder. Called again and finally got a detailed billing which was different than the original order bill. Called twice and left message for the person I was dealing with to further discuss. Never was called back but got a FINAL notice bill. I am just going to pay it and never step foot inside their store again. Very poor business practices! read more

5/28/2015- ****UPDATE*****. Finally as of January 2015 most furniture was received BUT still awaiting replacement of two bar stools that had previously been delivered damaged. They were not accepted on delivery. As of this date we are still awaiting the two bar stools. They have not provided a new update or reason it is taking so long. If you want only a couple of pieces or just accessories, perhaps this is your place but if you are trying to furnish several rooms, it would be important to be extremely patient because the entire process, if you order any custom pieces, could take over 8 months. The process was horrible but the result were good except for the fact that we are still waiting for the last two pieces which were ordered 8/14/14!. read more

Built a new home in 2014 and furnished majority of the indoor and outdoor with their furniture. We spent $30 k . The furniture we are still happy with a few years later. However at the time, once we purchased everything it was as if we were forgotten about by our sales rep. They offered a price guarantee for about 30 days after purchase and offered to credit you if the price dropped. Well it did drop on a few items and I called her about it. NEVER got a response. It's like we were a nuisance to them. Once they get their commission it's over for us. It's too bad because now we are building again - my dream home ( my husband is a well known architect in our area) It's to bad they really don't care about their customers. read more

The sad thing is that I really like the style at Arhaus BUT their sales staff is WAY TOO CLINGY! I bought several pieces of furniture one time but the sales person was very low key. Placed order for a Landsbury sectional sofa in first week of Sept. 2015. Told it would be delivered mid October. FINALLY received first week of Dec. 2015. Had they been upfront would not have minded. Within one week chaise cushion collapsed. Called customer service, nicely explained that the cushion had a severe tilt to the right. They sent a furniture expert to house to evaluate, he told me the cushion was completely flat in corner. Waited 2 weeks for customer service to call, contacted them &. rudely told by rep. she MIGHT consider replacing it. Hello, at this point sofa was less than 4 weeks old! Long story short, received replacement cushion that was meant for another sofa. Waited another 3 weeks for correct cushion to arrive...just as bad as original. I now have two towels placed under cushion to elevate corner so you do not slide into the arm when sitting. To send sofa back they want a hefty restocking fee. Horrible, cheaply made $5,000 plus sofa. Beware! Update on 4 month old sofa: The fabric which is standard stock in Theatre Gunsmoke is now pilling on the chaise. Fabric now has little fuzzies forming, like an old cashmere sweater. The red pillows that I purchased at the same time ($70.00+ on sale) & which are never used for anything other than decoration are also leaving red shedd all over the sofa. Ordered four chairs for a dinning room table we purchased off the floor on November 28th. We were given a January 1 delivery date by our salesperson Carol. Were notified our chairs were had arrived in early January at the store by Bonnie. They were to be shipped direct to our home. Called to clarify and were informed the order was never placed. We were then told the chairs would arrive February 1st. Stopped by the store end of January to check. They could not find our order. We asked Bonnie to have the manager Sallie call us. She never did. We finally received our chairs on February 7. I wish I could give them a lower review. The worst customer service I have encountered. Wake up Corporate and find some employees who have half a brain. read more

Arhaus is the WORST furniture store, top to bottom, that I have ever encountered. We like their styles, but the service, mistaken ordering over and over, long long wait for orders, terrible delivery set up (we told them it was wrong and they demanded to leave it there - and just wait for the right one, another month or so, before removing it), and scammy credit card with"rewards" is a joke. we bought a new house, ordered 8 things, and there was an issue with almost every single order over 5 months. Then there were weird charges sent on a statement as a mistake - to my husband who didn't have an account. On my account, a ballooning interest payment at 28% interest, with statements you can only log into, and recurring payment technology that does not work. DONE Furious and DONE with them. read more
