Have not posted an awful review BUT after many months of delays, receipt of poor quality pieces and service and delivery that is far sub standard, need to warn others. Needed living and dining room furniture and liked the appealing store and very helpful sales person. Ordered many pieces some in stock and some custom. That was 3 months ago. Only received dining room table and buffet. Although in stock, they were slow to be available and arrive. The distribution system is so complicated as pieces made then shipped to Ohio no matter where they were made, then delivered to Miami where a contractor schedules you to bring them to southwest Florida. This complicated process has taken 3 weeks added to the time to get the pieces available at the warehouse! Both pieces had deep scratches in wood and the top of the table was walnut and the base stained light gray! Who would ship mismatched stained pieces they do not look like in the store. Second replacements damaged and table leaf walnut and rest of top Carmel color. Have pictures and they always have no explanation. Takes many calls and they are slow to respond with many excuses. Salesperson told us 8 to 10 weeks for special items but weeks past that. None of the remaining 8 dining chairs, 2 sitting chairs or 2 piece sectional has arrived. Also delivery timeline much too slow and weeks longer than described. Awful! Stay tuned for update. In way too deep and so sorry. Sales person is always busy with another customer. Bought two sofas from Arhaus three years ago. Couldn't be happier with the quality and comfort. One leather the other fabric. Both pieces are used daily and look as good as the day they arrived. The customer service was equally impressive. From assistance with fabric samples and customization requests, the sales team was helpful and pleasant. Received a follow up call from a regional manager ten months after receiving items to see if we were satisfied with our purchase. Mentioned the leather was very slippery and found it awkward to lounge on. We were offered a complete replacement for any other sofa of equal values no cost to us. Chose another leather with a matte finish. It's fantastic !!! Arhaus is fantastic !!! I'd highly recommend doing business with them for both product quality, value and customer care. I have always liked the look of Arhaus furniture, they have unique things that really draw your attention. I have ordered in the past (several years ago) and was happy with the experience. We purchased a new house recently and decided to go back to Arhaus. I will NEVER go back. We purchased a floor piece (which means it was less expensive - still pricey, but we had to move it ourselves). Upon getting it home we noticed the piece was not functional as it was intended (it was designed to hold wine glasses, but the slates were not spaced properly). When trying to reach our sales person and a store manager to discuss what could be done, and check on another piece we ordered, our calls went unreturned for days. After several calls, over many days and several messages a store manager finally called back. It became clear there was knowledge of this problem. They did agree to take the piece back, but wanted me to bring it back to the store. They finally agreed to have it picked up, but did not cover our costs to get it to our home in the first place. We ordered another piece in the same initial order and the quality is average at best. The third piece we ordered was a nightmare to get delivered (someone seemingly overlooked placing the order). The experience was horrible. They worst part, I don't think they could care less. At least it didn't appear at any point that they were concerned about the terrible customer service and/or quality. read more

So... when we lived in Cleveland we bought a lot of beautiful furniture from Arhaus. Excellent furniture AND service. Fast forward 12 years. Furniture is still excellent. What in the world happened to service since then??? Now live in Fort Myers. Ordered a couple of pieces we received-absolutely lovely albeit lengthy timeframes. Ordered a three section bookcase end of July w delivery date of late October 2017. It's January 5 - no bookcase yet. Story goes warehouse had two pieces, and were waiting for third and final piece. In process they gave the first two to someone else. Oh and no, "what can we do to make it better?" Just "sorry don't know how it happened..". I never write negative reviews but this is the worst case I remember. Pottery Barn sent a defective sofa and replaced the entire sectional. Would cancel if we didn't love it so much. Only gave one star because the furniture is lovely. Don't count on delivery though. We will not buy from them again.... read more

I went to the Arhaus in Naples to purchase a fairly inexpensive light. I was told it had to be ordered and shipped to me although I am local. The charge was $149 for delivery which wasn't that much less than the light. I cancelled the order! Rechecking online I found the charge to be $29.95. Rather a large discrepancy! I placed the online order. I would doubt that the $149 delivery for a small light is correct so assume the fault lays with the staff. read more

Loved the store and products seem quality, but they need to understand customer service, especially since you pay quite a bit. I purchased a bed and was told it was 2 - 3 weeks back ordered. So, 4 - 5 weeks passed and no one even bothered to contact me. I have called 3 times and emailed and am still waiting.... Going on two months! My salesperson seems too busy to talk to me each time I call. Now understand, they made me pay for the bed when I ordered it, AND made me pay for delivery. So store has all of my money, including a steep delivery fee for two months and I still have nothing! Oh, and no phone call either. read more

Shopping experience and sales person Bonnie were fine. The delivery of furniture was HORRIBLE. It took 5 weeks from when I was notified my items were in stock to get it delivered to my house. Then the wrong item was delivered. Too much hassle to ever recommend anyone to shop there. Was never offered any type of compensation other than waiving the delivery charge. read more
