After paying the initial deposit of $159 they told me they will be at my place on the 25th at 12pm...only for them to send me a message on the 25th of June that they can only come on the 26th of June btw 10am to 12pm....because I was expecting them I took a day off work.. this people didn't showed up i called severally to no response, I sent a text message no reply. I got a message from them around past 4pm that they will come by 7pm.....they eventually came by 7pm and all I can get for a $350 service is nothing but a bad job. The guy that came didn't worked up to 1 hour. I am deeply hurt this is a cleaning company I will never recommend to anybody. Please read reviews before paying for services.

He was super easy to communicate with the was honest and transparent with pricing. He does residential work on weekends so it's very convenient if you work during the week. Alex is a great person, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable, you can tell he is passionate about his work and knows what he is doing. I love to support small businesses like this! The good: - arrived promptly and ready to get started. - they worked away and completed the job in under 2 hours - they use advanced equipment and even did a blue light test since I have a pet and used an enzyme remover to minimize smells - they were extremely clean while working and when leaving, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. They cover their feet and cleaned everything they used in the house...thanks guys! - alex was very thorough and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions my mom and I had. He suggested a yearly clean, will definitely be calling him back this summer to do my other sofa set! - so transparent in pricing, the couch had intricate folds but he pulled them right back and cleaned every inch of the couch and was true to pricing. I hired Green & Spotless several months ago to clean and repair the grout in my shower…read more A few of the tiles had come loose and the grout was cracked. They did a great job. They scrubbed the tile and grout and then steamed it clean. They were careful while they worked in my home, and once they'd finished, my shower looked absolutely renewed. So I hired them again to clean and seal the tile grout in my hallway, kitchen and dining room - a huge, ugly job. I was preparing the house for sale, and the grout was dark and broken up in places, but after Alec and Devon cleaned, repaired, and sealed it with a new lighter colour, it looked amazing: clean, bright and light. The missing grout was fixed and the new colour looked great. What an improvement. The overall effect is that the house looked "updated". Again, Alec and Devon were careful (putting "booties" over their feet to keep from tracking in mud or snow) and efficient. It felt good to know that my floors were clean and looking better, and it was easier to keep them clean, too. If I had tile or grout issues - or if I simply wanted my tile cleaned to the bone - I'd call Green & Spotless again.

They were also an hour late for the service. That I don't mind per se. I just wanted good service and a thorough job. Some of the items from the list was missed and not all the areas cleaned were as well cleaned as I would like. I ended up going over 90% of the space again. Maybe I have high standards. But since I'm moving into a new home and it's the first time I hired a cleaning company, of course my expectations are high. It wasn't even a very big home too (just a condo townhouse) and the place wasn't trashed, it was just dirty so I am surprised it took so long. I give them a 3 star instead of 2 star because I can tell they tried. They came from another job and it was late afternoon early evening already so they must have been tired. I figured for a really thorough job up to my kind of standard it would probably take 5-6 hours or so. I think they are more suitable for routine cleaning and may not be the best choice for move ins and outs.

I started with Rapid many years ago and made the mistake of changing due to price. Unfortunately price came with the service you received. After many attempts at finding the right match, I came back to Rapid. They are timely, professional and always make an effort to get to know your family and home. My dogs love the crew that comes in. The scheduling is also quite good. Many of the other cleaners I've had could never work with my requests for days but Rapid was able to accommodate right away. Overall I'm pretty happy with Rapid.
