The good: - arrived promptly and ready to get started. - they worked away and completed the job in under 2 hours - they use advanced equipment and even did a blue light test since I have a pet and used an enzyme remover to minimize smells - they were extremely clean while working and when leaving, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. The deep red colours ran, the leather backing separated, the once beautiful rug ruined without the decency of a return phone call. There was no offer of compensation once it became clear that the rug could not be salvaged. I contacted Fresh and Clean many times in the past year, but still, no response from this shabby unprofessional. I will take legal action for compensation.
