I am very disappointed. I spilled a cup of coffee on my rug and was told it wouldn't be a problem to remove the stain. The gentleman came twice to clean it and the stain got larger, where each time he only spent 15 minutes or so working on the rug. He came a third time and told me to take a photo of the cleaning agent he was using so I could purchase it myself and try cleaning it myself, when I had already paid $300 for him to remove the stain. It seemed he was frustrated with me for kindly asking him to complete the job. Started off great - responsive and flexible with times. On the day of the arranged carpet cleaning, quoted pride all of a sudden was jacked up an additional 75 dollars. Took less than 40 minutes to do the whole job (including the time to pack up all the equipment) read more

Called them to pick up my carpet as it had a wine stain on it. They told me there would be no problem removing it (if there would of been a problem I would not of sent the rug) and they returned it more damaged then I gave it to them. They picked it up again and returned it with a large stain. They told me a price when they picked it up and suddenly the price was more expensive when they dropped it off. I would not of paid the money had they said they wouldnt be able to get the stain out. They shouldn't be guaranteeing things they cant do. read more

The service from Bayview Steam Cleaning was great. They were very punctual and got straight to the job. Cleaned the broadloom in my condo plus 2 sofas. They did a great job and even removed some old stubborn stains perfectly. Very satisfied with their professional service. read more

Truly a horrible experience. For one, he was late with no explanation or apology, by a whole hour. That's fine, if you are at least courteous and understanding that you are wasting someone else's time, which he was unable to do. On top of that, he was rude, hasty and had clearly double-booked as he was gone with 40 minutes remaining that we still paid for. Lastly, after agreeing on a price, he did a 180 and jacked up the price while he was rushing out the door. I am never one to leave reviews but I am truly shocked. I will say, there was a gentleman working for him who was polite, and respectful, which was much appreciated. However, the owner himself needs to learn what customer service, basic respect and decency are. Unimpressed and disappointed. read more
