Although the cleaning part didn't work out, the customer service side was on point and greatly appreciated. I'm now thinking this misstep with me was a one-off and not their usual mode of operation. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I'd already tried that - with no return call or message. Giving bad reviews is not my usual, but with this one, consumers beware. This is Wifesavers in Lizella, GA.

Not so with ACS. Thankfully the second time around I had a familiar face from TC. But I have a back-up on the ready.

Lisa came out at the scheduled time, we had a short chat and she went to work making sure she didn't use any products that we were allergic to or found offensive. It took several hours but that included a lot of time because there was a good bit of time making decisions about what to do with items I am very satisfied and grateful for the service. I feel like I can see light of day now. The owner talked a good sell up front but things quickly went bad. He asked for an advance about a day and a half into the job which was not in the contract. The painters did poor sloppy work getting paint all over the hardwood flooring, kitchen countertops and appliances. they missed a closet and closet doors. did poor drywall repair in some areas. Missed some windows to be caulked. The owner became belligerent and argumentative raising his voice and threating. He refused to finish one job until I met him with a check. I ended up having to clean up the paint splatter myself and redo some of the work I paid them to do. Very poor and unprofessional.
