BEWARE. DISHONEST. Bait-and-switch pricing. Lied about sending invoice. Kept reminding her to send invoice. Never did. Verbally told me one price, charged me for another price-- 20% higher! For NO reason. When confronted, the owner was defensive and yelling and then first said it was on the invoice she never sent, then said it was because of labor. Couldn't even get her lie straight. She was on speaker phone when she quoted me on the phone and multiple people heard her first quote, the one she lied about. Her staff was nice and did a fine job. I used them because of their good reviews on other sites. if you choose to do the same, be very careful she doesn't rip you off. read more

They clean our windows but did not put the storm windows back on correctly. My storm windows are a bit old but they didn't tell me they couldn't put them back correctly. I notice flies coming in my house. Then I notice the windows were not put back correctly... now after paying $400 dollars I have to pay to get storm windows back up correctly. They are suppose respond but haven't heard from them. read more
