Lisa is amazing!! This was my second visit and she is consistently awesome. She always takes the extra time to make sure her work is perfect, and her massages are to die for!!

Here's my nails after 2 days

One of the worst salons I've been to, me and my family went to get gel manicures. Gel is supposed last for a long time but every time I've gone to get them done ( twice) they've fallen off almost immediately. The lady who did my nails was nice, but the man who did my grandmas nails completely jacked her up, they were thick and chunky and ugly, and ofc when my grandma politely asked him to fix Them he started getting visibly angry and sent her off to work with someone else to which that lady insisted that she just forget it and come back but eventually gave in and fixed them.

polish not even on sides or bottom near cuticle. This is taken 1 day after manicure, they're not grown out.

Def not the best pedicure I've had. Chairs are nice. Owner is friendly. Expected better nails for $35.00. Redid them at home.

Took 13 min for my pedicure! Love how efficient and quick it was for $30! They were 25 min behind so glad Lina could be so quick! Thanks!

I have been going to Donna over a year now. I had tried two other places before going to her. I…read moredidn't tell her about my previous experiences until after my service was completed. Going to her was the biggest difference. The place is super clean and always in order. The easy online scheduling makes finding a time that works with my schedule convenient. I'm not a fan of having to play let's find a slot. Finding what works for me in a few minutes in perfect. As far as services goes. There is a night and day difference between her and other businesses in the tri state. I found that other places do not take the time to explain everything and give you extra useful information. Also, Donna strives for perfection not just the first time because you are a new client but EVERYTIME!! I have done waxing, facials, etc with her. Every service has always been nothing but perfect. She uses nothing the the best natural products and my skin is always bright and smooth. I would not go anywhere else, and if you want the best service around. This is your one stop place for beauty needs.

Not many places are as consistent and thorough which I find to be so annoying. She uses products that are of good quality and has convenient online purchasing for them too ! The nicest salon I have ever experienced. Donovan did an excellent job with my hair. Thanks again.read more

I had my hair colored here a few weeks ago, and while the salon itself was nice and the appointment…read morewas pleasant, I left extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding pricing. The biggest issue was being charged $120 for toner, three separate toner charges at $40 each. At no point before or during my appointment was I told that three different toners would be used, that toner would be charged separately, or that an additional $120 would be added to my bill. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I didn't learn about the three different toner formulas being used until after the service was finished. When my stylist was discussing retail products and attempting to sell me additional items for home use, I declined. It was during that conversation, while preparing my receipt, that she informed me she had used three different toners to achieve the final result. The decision to use three different toner formulas was never discussed with me beforehand. My stylist may have felt they were necessary to achieve the desired color, but that was a creative choice made during the service. If those choices are going to increase the cost of an appointment by more than $100, clients should be informed before the products are applied--not after the service is complete and payment is due. I have medium-length, very fine hair and have had my hair professionally colored for years. I've never had a stylist add three separate toner charges without discussing them first. Whether one toner or three toners were actually used is less important than the fact that the charges were never disclosed. Based on the salon's advertised pricing, I expected my appointment to be under $200. Instead, my total came to around $300. Learning about an extra $120 charge only after declining additional retail products made the whole situation feel like a cash grab and left me feeling blindsided. Had the costs been explained upfront, I could have made an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed. The service itself was fine, the color for the most part, resembled the inspiration, but transparency matters. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect to be told when a stylist's decisions will add significant charges to my bill. Unfortunately, the lack of communication overshadowed what could have been a pretty pleasant experience.
