This was by far the best pedicure I've had in a long time. My husband and I went on a weekday around 1130 and we were the only people there. The nail techs were detailed, used clean tools, and gave GREAT massages. My cuticles look perfect and my funky toenail got evened out. I can't comment on the polish technique because I skipped it since it's winter. I will 100% go back for another pedi :) read more

We drove an hour to check this place out and let me tell you, this is going to be my nail salon of choice from here on out! My daughter and I had made an appointment a couple days previously and we got there a few minutes early. We checked in and then sat and waited until they finished with the other customers. My daughter got acrylic tips with ombré white glitter and she was in love. She is very hard to please and has never left a nail salon satisfied until today! She said that he took great care with how he was doing her nails and she was very impressed! I got a pedicure and was very impressed with the skill of my nail tech. She did an amazing job both on the massaging as well as trimming my cuticles and the painting/design. She was so very thorough! Even when the next customer walked in she did not rush thru the rest of mine. The facility itself is very clean and spacious. I don't know if more people work there normally but when we were there it was one man and one woman nail tech working. We most definitely will be going back and my daughter said she plans to bring all her friends down so they can have the same experience she did! read more

They are very covid friendly, ask you to wash hands right when you walk in and wear masks the whole time. I went here for pedicures with my mom and sister, and we all requested the same spa pedicure. The staff was very friendly, and my mom and sister both got great pedicures! The service I received, however, was greatly lacking compared to theirs. My polish looks great, but I received basically no massage. My pedicure was 10 minutes shorter than the others, and I was left sitting in my chair watching my family get nice massages. David was a great nail tech, light handed around my cuticles and I didn't even flinch when he filed down my nails for a full acrylic set. During my visit got a acrylics, ballerina shaped with gel polish for $50, more than what I expected to pay from their website but I didn't mind for the serviced I received. I was also a walk in appointment but I recommend booking with them before doing so. Even though I didn't have a wait-after me there were quite a few cued customers. i went here because it had good ratings. came in for an acrylic fill. i had 1 broken acrylic that had to be fully redone. the lady put on a curved nail tip that didn't match the shape of my other ones. it was my left ring finger (see in pictures). it doesn't match the shape of any of my other nails. then as she was polishing them, she only did 3 nails at a time and i'm assuming she got comfused?? she DIDN'T PUT TOP COAT ON 2 OF MY NAILS. and i realized something was off but couldn't figure out what until i went back home. she was very gentle and didn't hurt me but did a poor job. mind you, i also paid $50 for this... read more

I called Luxury Spa & Nails before making my appointment to ask what they would charge to remove my gel polish and reapply new gel with no manicure included. The gentleman on the phone told me $20. I asked him twice to clarify the price and service to make sure I heard correctly. He told me two times it was $20. Made my appointment for 1pm because he said they were extremely busy and short staffed. I came in at 1 o'clock and there were two employees and two customers. The nail technician did my nails and when I asked him the charge he said $25. Told him that is not what I was told over the phone. The owner came and said he remembered the phone call and said he told me $25. I told him that is not what I heard, and that it was disheartening because the nail tech did a great job, but unfortunately I could have gotten a full manicure for that price somewhere else. They both had the attitude that it was a mute point to argue. read more

While out of town, my boyfriend and I wanted to get pedicures because to be honest there isn't a whole lot to do in Evansville. We called and made an appointment and we came a few minutes early, they got us in right on time and that doesn't normally happen with nail salons. The staff were so friendly and the pedicure was amazing!! We got the spa pedicure and it was so worth it. Tools were taken out of a sealed wrapper from being cleaned and the salon itself was spotless. I highly recommend this salon. I don't know where all these 5 star reviews came from. If this is the best Evansville has to offer good luck! First, the technician had allergies or was ill. He kept snorting or choking on his own mucus every few minutes. He was so aggressive with my feet that I actually jumped once because he hurt me so bad. I go to the dryers that have a sign on them that say that when it goes off you're done. So the dryer goes off and I go to put my flip flops on. Granted, why he didn't put my own shoes back on in the first place I don't know because it would have prevented what happened next. As I'm putting my shoes back on, the polish on my big toe slides off in one big glob. It was almost like it had been put on lotion or jelly or something. I turn around to say something and the guy is gone. The second guy, who had been fairly rude to anyone who walked in or called, had someone in a chair and someone waiting so I just walked out. They got their money and I got a bad pedicure. Time to find some polish read more

I'm going to assume the place's name is ironic. It is not luxury by any means. When I first walked in the door, I was yelled at by e woman in charge. "You will wait an hour!" Um, okay. About 30 minutes later, I was paired with a male employee who presented water for me to soak my nails. He then left for about 10 minutes. When he came back, he smelled like Joe Camel, as if he had just spoked about 10 cigarettes. It was awful. I actually had to excuse myself to the bathroom. When I came back and resumed my manicure, he cut me to the point of bleeding THREE times, without so much as an apology. The manicure was minimally ok, but I like some attention paid to hangnails, which he did not do. Another thing that irritated me was that four different times, they tried to push a full set on me, instead of a manicure. Please, just perform the nail service I have selected. Full sets destroy nails, manicures make them more healthy. Respect my decision, please. read more

This salon is not the most modern looking salon but they do a good job. I always use the woman (Mary I believe) and she is really good. She takes her time and doesn't rush on you if there are people waiting. The only issue I have is that they don't have as many gel colors as other salons. read more

I got a gift card from here for my birthday. I went in yesterday, the place was empty just two ladies working. I was sat down with who I believe is the manager. She started on my nails , then another woman came in who wanted the lady who was doing my nails to do hers. So the other lady was sat with the other worker to do her cuticles...the woman who was doing my nails then told her she would finish her nails up after she was done with mine. She then rushed thru doing my nails...took a total of 30 minutes from start to finish. Then passed me on to the other lady to put on my clear coat. All the while they said almost nothing to me at all. After I was finished I noticed there was some sort of blue lines throughout one of my nails! The lady just painted over it!! My nails are all uneven, they are lumpy and she left so much extra acrylic under my nails its ridiculous!! I still have $5 left on the gift card so I will go back to use that and see if its a better experience , if not I will not be returning. read more

Worst Pedicure Ever! The guy cut me, and barely pushed my cuticles back before going to town with the cuticle clippers and the massage was not relaxing. And the massage on the chairs is too hard. My polish lasted for 2 days now without chipping at all but that is the only good thing. read more
