From the get go, Arial was professional, approachable and in the end, trustworthy. Being that he grew up in and still lives in the area, we felt he was very credible. But what really won us over was his persistence. 2011 turned out to be a very tight rental market. Ariel spent the first day with us just getting to know our preferences. My wife and I were moving into the city for the first time and were a little shell-shocked at the lack of space. After that, he lined up a some more places for us to look at.
