He has the audacity to call me at 9:29PM and hang up on me in such a unprofessional manner. I asked him to send me the NDA, so he can send me over the documents for the business. He told me that I did not need to sign any NDA and he'd send me all of the documents except the tax returns. Then he went on talking about how the tax returns show lower gross and net profit, but the value of the business is still much higher. Therefore, he had decided to not send me the tax returns. Vinny said that he'd show me the POS System and the other documents. I asked him to see the tax returns and told him that the POS System and other documents can be faked compared to the tax returns. He said "I'm not interested" and quickly hung up. I was simply trying to prove my point but he knew that I was right and hung up. I would NOT recommend to work with Vinny Mahajan. He is absolutely rude and unprofessional.
