On Wednesday, I had a deep-tissue stretch therapy session with Ari. Before working with Ari, my muscles felt sore and tight. My shoulders and neck were especially "crunchy" from the many hours of computer work I do every day. My right hip and shoulder were a little wonky as well from playing pickleball. After just one session, I felt significantly better in body, mind, and spirit. Ari has incredible energy and creates a positive and healing experience. Before working with Ari I felt extreme tightness and pain in multiple areas of my body soft tissue and fascia. Really after one deep tissue stretch therapy , there was much relief and release I felt literally in the moment and the says after I was really happy feeling such a decrease in the usually soreness I felt everyday . She even showed me a few stretches to do myself. With the relief I was feeling I was able to continue doing stretches at home with excruciating pain. Before I started working with Ari, I felt tightness in my hips, shoulders and back. I did Krav Maga instructor certification course with Arielle. It was a lot of fun to train with her. After classes, i notice how she heals her imbalances and uses different techniques and tools to help with her own recovery. I am dealing with a shoulder injury so I asked her for help. Within a very short 'mini 5min. session' she was able to drastically improve my range of motion and diminish any pain i was feeling prior!!! I've used her services a handful of times now. Great instructor, great regulars, and the perfect amount of people present (not too many that you're just another face, not too few that you feel scrutinized). She has also in the past brought her ADORABLE puppy, Grizzly, who during my end stretches just sat down right next to me (but out of way of exercising) for morale support! I bent extra hard just so I could get a few pets in :) I'd also just like to take a minute to say that alongside the cardio workout and friendly faces of the regulars, this class is really inexpensive, and she gives you a free trial of 2 WEEKS to figure out if it's right for you. I'm really not trying to sound like an ad but this is a fantastic end to my stressful workday and I'm glad she's as relaxed about it as she is. Note: Do not bring anything with sugar that cannot be closed and place it under a tree at the park. There are quite a few ants that have taken up residence there. Also she brings coconut water for free for all participants, but I would recommend more than just that. Not blaming her at all, but when the group sizes get large, the choices get fewer.
