I've tried other studios since and this is still my fave! I love the class size. I love how every instructor teaches me new things. They're all super amazing and I love the hours that they offer. All of the instructors I've had are amazing! Nicole was one of my first instructors I learned from! She's awesome! Ive also scheduled with Aaron, Erin, Mel, Momo, Adriana, Erien, Vanessa, Jase, Kristy, Kiki, Tim, and Madi who are all amazing! Again, I go whenever my schedule permits so it's always changing lately but they're all so good you can't go wrong. Tim's class was prob one of the harder classes I took along with Momos! But you feel so proud of yourself after. But you can always modify to what you need especially because some days you have more willpower than others!

You can tell she's passionate about what she does and genuinely wants everyone in the room to get the most out of their workout. I went with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and it ended up being the perfect way to kick off the day. As a total Pilates newbie, I started with the Savor class (the heated one with those HIIT-style intervals) and loved how it pushed me while still focusing on controlled movements and core strength. The heat (around 85-105°F) gets you sweating in the best way possible--it really helps you flow and deepen into the poses. Today I tried Zest, their non-heated option, and it was just as challenging and enjoyable but in a different way--still super effective without the extra sweat factor. The instructors are great at guiding beginners like me, the classes are musically driven which keeps everything moving seamlessly, and the whole studio just feels welcoming and motivating. When I arrived, there wasn't much of a greeting or clear check-in process. The instructor seemed busy, so I ended up putting my things away before even checking in, which felt a little awkward. The studio has a wide variety of equipment, which is great, but there was a lot going on visually. Equipment and bins were spread throughout the space, making it slightly difficult to move between machines. I appreciate the variety, but better organization would really improve the flow of the room. The class itself was unique, with a mix of ages and genders, which I liked. The instructor was kind, asked about experience levels, and offered helpful modifications to either intensify or simplify movements. That said, there were moments where direction wasn't super clear, and some people (myself included) got a bit lost. The pillars in the middle of the room also made it hard at times to see demonstrations. Cleanliness was okay... the equipment didn't look dirty, but it didn't feel particularly clean either. For example, around the weight-changing areas, there was visible dust, hair, and debris. The area for shoes and bags also had a slight odor. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The instructor and workout itself were good, but the small details (organization, cleanliness, and overall flow) made a difference. I'd probably try other studios before returning, but I wouldn't completely rule it out.

Instructor uses a microphone headset and was pretty clear in her directions. Overall felt very great after class. They text you with specific directions on where to park. I was worried at first if I was parked wrong but it was absolutely handy and you can quite literally walk out from your car towards the mall and glance straight towards the studio. It specifically says to do the second story of the parking garage but parking on the first level works just as fine. *they don't validate parking for the UTC since class is only one hour and UTC offers 2 hours for free

I arrived before my class and chatted with a fellow classmate before going in. The studio had multiple reformers to accommodate multiple people. Each area was clean and organized. We wrote our name and had an area to put our stuff down. Luckily, because I've done Pilates before, I had socks with me. The instructor was patient and paid attention to every student. She helped those who were struggling with the poses. The cadence of the class was great as it was a slow build up to more challenging poses. I liked that we got to use a variety of the equipment to get a feel for everything. I didn't know that there's a Club Pilates next to my house, so I may try that studio as well. When I got to the studio I was about 20 minutes early but she was so nice and sweet and made me feel so welcomed. The Versa is a really fun workout that really scorches calories in 30 minutes. After getting a hang of the machine it is showing I am burning 400-500 calories in just 30 minutes. I have also tried a few of the reformer classes and am still working on getting the moves down and my balance. The instructors do come around to help with form. The classes are readily available on ClassPass but the popular times like weekend mornings can go quickly. All the instructors I've taken here have been great but my favorite instructors have been Molly and Kelsey. All the classes I've taken with them have been amazing. Great cues and music. The only con is the surrounding park is all paid parking and you need to pay for parking when it's not a Sunday or a holiday.
