So far, it seems their owner, Brysen, is not going to make good on all of the money he collected from trusting clients since he isn't returning phone calls. I was recommended a pre-work out by the store manager and tried it for one use. I returned two days…read morelater to exchange it for a different pre work out. I was returning it to the same store manager who sold me the product. He accused me of switching the product in the container with a different product and that there wasn't an adequate amount in the container for the return. I told him I would buy the same product again to show him I wasn't lying. He told me there was no reason for that because he said he knows his product and he was sure I was being dishonest. After being accused of this, I tried to reason with him and tried to prove it. He wasn't having any of it and kicked me out of his store. I went to another GNC location, told them what had happened. They verified it was the right product and proceeded to do the exchange. Being treated like this, being accused of trying to work the system, and being told to leave the store is a first for me. I will never return to this location. Worst shopping experience for me ever.
