All the staff are very friendly & helpful. They have a rewards program to earn $ off future purchases. The one drawback is they lost street parking during the 300 W rebuild, so the back entrance & lot aren't very welcoming. But they are working to improve that!

I'm so glad I found them direct and will use their rolls and bread from now on.
