He let us have complete control over everything we wanted to do and say, respected the vibe we said we wanted, and of course most importantly sent in our marriage license as soon as he was able. We had people dancing from the second the floor opened till we closed it down at midnight. When I complained, I was first told I'd get the host I requested, and then later told that it wasn't a possibility and I was offered my money back. I ended up taking the substitute host they offered. I provided plenty of ammo for custom trivia questions about the guest of honor, and very little of that was used. Most of the questions were generic in nature and just not that funny. Overall the experience was disappointing and it was very frustrating to have things fall apart at the last minute when I had booked so far in advance. I like Gary a lot but I can't see doing business with him again after this.
