She explained things well, helped me understand the medical side of my issues and offered a treatment plan that we would explore over time. However, I did feel like I had to pull information out and guide them towards solutions (at least you don't feel like they are upselling you!) I thought the staff was very good, particularly the woman who helped me find a makeup that covered my hyperpigmentation really well and a sunscreen that really works without turning me white from the zinc oxide.
