I had my oil change here on my parents 2014 3500 Ram Dually truck and asked them to check the tire pressure sensors as one of them was not reading while they were at it. The service person I spoke to said it wasn't a problem and the truck will be ready within a couple hours. So far so good. He even took my number down so he could call me if they needed anything or if the services were completed early. 3 hours had passed (passed the time of estimated completion quoted by the service person) and didn't hear anything back from the dealer so I decided to call. When I called in the service person on the phone said the truck is ready for pick up. Upon pick up I asked about what they found out about the tire pressure sensor and the service person said yes one of them needs to be replaced. . .duh I could have guessed that! A call from them would have been nice to check with me to see if I wanted them to replace it while it was in for services but no that did not happen. The worst part of my service experience at this Dodge dealer is that when I got out to the truck, whoever worked on the truck left some nice fat muddy boot prints for us in the truck that was just detailed!‍. They must have just run out of those nice little courtesy floor mats people usually use‍ At that point I was so irritated I did not even go back in to the service department to let them know. Usually one would expect decent service at the major car dealers but I guess I expected far too much. I definitely do not recommend this place! read more

I broke down an hour from this place driving from Dallas to LA and was towed here. During the couple days they were working on my car, I found out my stepdad died and cried to almost every employee at some point about how I needed my car fixed to get to the funeral in time. The staff here went above & beyond to help me get it figured out in time to make the funeral, and even had staff members drive me to my hotel and back when needed. They were amazing during an incredibly difficult time of stress, and they figured out the problem in time to get me to the funeral. Thanks to all of you again...you were amazing. read more

So, this dealership had a promotional event where they gave away $1000, $5,000 and $25,000 if they got they right "slot pictures" that matched in the mail. Kinda hard to explain, it was monopoly themed. Well it looked like we won the grand prize. I was skeptical but I've had dealership promotions like this pan out in the past (mind it was for like basketball tickets not large cash prizes). So I gave them the benefit of the doubt, read the fine print, everything pointed towards "if you got this pattern in the mail, you Win this amount of money, just come in and get it, no hassle or purchase necessary". So I went in, he entered my info, then had me "spin" a fake slot machine on his laptop. Apparently the thing in the mail "qualified" me to have a chance at winning a prize. I ended up winning the lowest prize: 10 seconds in a cash grab box. Didn't really want to do it because it was embarrassing, but whatever. Got 4 bucks, and 3 coupons for car washes and a trade in discount. None of that was advertised. Just reaffirmed how much I dislike dealerships. Dishonest advertising. They knew how they were advertising to get dumb people like me to come in thinking they may have won something substantial. I was thinking as I was going in "if this is legit, then yeah I'll give them my business in the future". But it wasn't. And now they've pretty much guaranteed I won't be giving them my business in the future. Word of advice to the Dealership: people don't take kindly to being tricked. read more

I took my vehicle in to get a tire patched and have two checks lights read on the engine and transmission. Nobody called and I waited four hours for it to be finished, so I finally called and they said it was done. When I got to the counter to pay the tech informed me that the lights had gone away so they didn't bother to check them. The lights have now come back three more times but who knows how long they'll have my car for so I haven't taken it back in. read more

Rip off dealership. We didn't know to check the year of battery manufacture until the two year old battery failed 5 months later! Our dealership in California replaced it for free, and agreed it was very unethical of a dealer to install a "new" battery at full price when it was already 2 years old (as batteries degrade just sitting on the shelf). Shame on this business! read more

I purchased a used vehicle from them. It has been a horrific experience from sales, finance and finally service. I also had to replace a battery as the previous mentioned, the very next day after I bought the car. I will edit this posting later and provide more details, but wanted others to know what a horrible experience it has been the last 30+ days from sales to getting items repaired to even getting a response from someone.
