Due to exigent circumstances, I was unable to access my vehicle again until 9/24/2025 where Magnum Towing had assessed a fee, discounted, I may add, at $2200.00. I have faithfully paid on my car for 2.5 years and now it is lost. This is simply legal vehicle "theft," Because something is legal doesn't make it right and my vehicle came to a stop at my private residence. There was no material need for the tow. It causes me to wonder what type of people would willingly take the property of another without, in my opinion, just cause and hold it "hostage," knowing the damage that they could do to that person? Only opportunistic predators perform such actions. I have never, and would never, take advantage of individuals who cannot recover from such a blow. Though polite, Travis (I believe that is his name) who operates the "business" or anyone who could conduct their affairs in such a manner is of low character and predatory. They are on par with purse snatchers and those who abuse the elderly. People sometimes make poor choices and I acknowledge that I did, however, that shouldn't give Carte Blanche to do with them as we please. Avoid this company at all costs-literally.

Thankfully, our insurance roadside assistance paid for & called A-1 Towing to help us out! Interacting with both Andy & Danny from A-1 was a great experience, they are very kind & professional. Danny safely loaded our truck on their flatbed truck, attached our trailer to the rear hitch, towed it all to a repair shop, and got us set up for the evening in the shop's parking lot. Overall, Danny went above and beyond to be sure my family & I were safe during the whole process and before he left us for the evening. I hope we never need a rescue like that again, but if we do, I can only hope we find another company like A-1 to help us. Thanks again Andy & Danny, you guys are great!

They had tried to sell me new sensors which I had turned down, because the CC worked just fine. After they had it, it was broken. 3000 miles with no cruise control plus the AC broke on the trip home. I was able to verify that they'd shoved the AC air filter incorrectly, not sure what else they did but the AC on my low mileage car is now broken. I'm the desert. The fact they couldn't even install a filter with arrows showing how to install correctly says "incompetent." The fact that no one in charge world even return several calls (I've given them over a month and three phone messages) says "scammers" who will break things on purpose if you refuse to let them do unnecessary upsells. Stay away from these chumps.

Diagnosed the problem quickly, told me what had happened, and told me the plan of correction. A couple of things he couldn't fix, because of time constraints on my end. He took pictures of what I needed to show my mechanic when I returned home. I detest people who are flaky. Carlos arrived 15 minutes early, which is so rare nowadays. I found him to be personable and easy to talk too. I would definitely have him work on my vehicle if, God forbid, I was ever in similar circumstances.
