They offered client portals for us to see if there were viewings and updates on the neighborhood to see if we would need to adjust our approach. Once we had a offer they drew out what the offer would look like to our end game and also included a counter offer. We countered and it was accepted, we were under contract in about 4 days. This is my second time leaving this company a bad review. The gas to my rental was cut off because…read morethe of my neighbor, when I called the people at Mark Browers they agreed it was ridiculous, I didn't receive a call back, so I called them back, and I was told their hands were tied. So they had an answer waiting for me I just wasn't important enough to call back. There are planning to leave me without Gas for over a week meaning I have no heat in the lows of 45 degree weather, can't do any laundry, can't cook any food, don't have any hot water. This is how they will leave you if you rent from them. Save yourself the trouble and find literally any other company. I've since asked for a rent reduction for the days I won't be able to live in the home, but as usual like every other time I call or email, I have no gotten a response.
